Position Summary

**Position Summary:**
The Sales Manager works closely with the Sales Executives (SE) coaching, consulting, and developing. Helping to reinforce the Kemper Auto Sales model (coaching), Guiding the SE in optimizing decisions around sales activities (consulting), and shepherding the team of SE's to continue individual growth. Ultimately, the Sales Manager is guiding the Sales Knot toward executing on and accomplishing the defined objectives. This position requires regular travel in the South Florida area.
**Position Responsibilities:**

Effective leadership, communication and collaboration with various departments and support functions are critical to this role. This position will cover the south Florida area.
**Position Qualifications** :
+ Five+ years of insurance experience (P&C preferred) as an individual contributor, management role preferred; Demonstrated track record of success in sales. Commercial Auto lines experience preferred.
+ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
+ Knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
+ Required to possess effective communication skills
+ Must be flexible in nature and a highly motivated self-starter.
+ Ability to manipulate, segment and interpret report data through spreadsheets.
+ Highly skilled and effective at time management.
+ Should possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills and be a logical problem solver
+ The range for this position is $95,900 to $59,700. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
+ This position is a remote role. Work can be conducted out of a home office in the South Florida region. . This position requires regular travel in the South Florida territory. The qualified candidate will need to be able to travel within the area regularly.
