Responsibilities
At MONO we believe the best strategists have a fire in their belly, not just for great strategy, but also for great creative work and meaningful, effective results. The ability to distill information into articulate, insightful and actionable thinking is critical. More responsibilities of the role are: Identify meaningful cultural, category and consumer insights to inspire and unlock creative opportunities. Initiate audience segmentation research and provide analysis that drives insights and creative focus; competency with core audience planning tools, in particular MRI / Simmons is a must. Analyze clients' research studies to summarize key findings, including importantly, the findings not found by the client. Keep abreast of shifting consumer, cultural and business trends and present findings regularly to the strategy team, clients, and agency at large as needed.

Experience using visual presentation tools, such as Canva is strongly preferred. Brand experience in the liquor/spirits/beverage category is a plus.
This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Some travel may be required.
Benefits
Our company offers flexible paid time off, medical, dental, vision and well-being benefits, HSA, FSAs, pre-tax commuter benefits, 401k with match, and upgraded parental leave policies. We also close the office over the week of the 4th of July for a perk we call Mid Summer's Dream. Mid Summer's Dream is an opportunity for everyone here at MONO to re-charge, spend time with family, or just plain dream (and, in MN, July is the perfect time to be OOO). We are a values-driven company, supporting people personally and professionally.
Equal Opportunities
MONO is committed to creating an inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and other protected status as required by law.
