MRM is looking for a Senior Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Strategist you will develop data-driven customer engagement strategies and focused, insightful, and inspiring briefs that help guide development of CRM, loyalty and other omnichannel experiences that build an emotional connection with the brand. Senior strategists help guide the development of digital experiences from concept to execution in close collaboration with user experience and creative teams. They will collaborate with data analysts to report on performance, create benchmarks and develop recommendations as well as workclosely withthe broader cross-functional teamsacross strategy, account, UX, and creative to deliver smart, differentiated and strategically grounded ideas to the client.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a digital strategist (with at least two years of loyalty experience)

West End Strategy Team (WEST) is seeking communications professionals looking to take the next step in their career. Candidates will have three to five years of communications experience at an agency, non-profit, government, media organization, think tank/research organization or similarly fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have a basic understanding of the modern media landscape and an interest in using that experience to support meaningful work on a range of social issues.

Compensation, Benefits and Location
This position is in Washington, D.C. WEST employees are currently working a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two working remotely.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience. WEST provides a generous bonus structure. Benefits include health, dental, long-term disability, short-term disability, paid parental leave, and a 401k plan.

As a Client Strategist, you will be a trusted advisor to Tatari's clients as you become an expert for all things Tatari (i.e. media buying strategy, measurement, etc.). You will interact with marketing and media leads (e.g. CMOs, VP of Brand/Performance, Performance Directors and Managers, etc.) across your portfolio of clients, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize and scale clients' TV advertising campaigns. This position reports to the Director, Client Services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a handful of key client accounts.
- Work with Client Services and Media Buying teams to translate client objectives into data-driven media strategies and campaign frameworks, including mentoring their development.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are seen through to completion by holding cross-functional teams accountable, proactively escalating issues when needed, and removing roadblocks to deliver results.
- Become an expert of all things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, Product, etc.) to deliver exceptional services and drive product adoption
- Spend time with clients in-person (up to 10% travel) and build relationships with C-level executives via Quarterly Business Reviews and ad-hoc meetings.
- 8+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions, ideally within AdTech, Media Agencies, or Marketing Analytics companies
- 4+ years of experience managing a small team
- Strong understanding of linear and streaming TV buying and overall media landscape
