Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or help desk ticketing system.

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Desk).
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic server administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Some experience with Microsoft applications. (Active Directory)
  • Knowledge of PC's and operating systems (Linux Windows)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • MTA MCSA Linux+ LPIC-1 LPIC-2 or other industry certifications preferred
  • Experience working with VMware Hyper-V
  • Experience with backups proficient in system backups and restores/recoveries from disks/virtual/cloud
  • Experience or understanding of working in a technical environment requiring compliance e.g. HIPAA, SOC2, PCI-DSS, SOX
  • Experience working using automated deployment and maintenance technologies
  • Experience with networking across various network layers and client/server environments; support of LAN and WAN based networks
Physical Requirements:
  • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift and racking items up to 50 lbs.
