The Writer/Producer, Creative Content at NBC Entertainment sits on the writing team within the Creative Content group and supports our marketing initiatives for multiple platforms. This person is a dynamic storyteller who can master the NBC voice and engage our viewers with polished writing and fresh ideas for various marketing needs across the organization. They also have a deep understanding of social media and are able to produce and even capture video content that excites fans.
Responsibilities:
+ Be an engaged, active member of a creative team that collaborates and exchanges ideas daily
+ Display strength in multiple styles of writing, including commercial-level concept and script writing for promos, as well as traditional marketing copy
+ Comfortable pitching your ideas in meetings and in front of executives
+ Act as the point person for all writing needs on assigned NBC shows, from pre-premiere to the season finale and beyond, becoming an expert in the characters, talent, storylines, popular moments, and more
+ Lead group brainstorming sessions for assigned shows and contribute to all other brainstorming sessions
+ Craft and edit your writing with a clear understanding of the NBC brand voice

Basic Requirements:

As a  **Customs Entry Agent** , you will ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported products while processing separate entries to Custom Border Patrol (US CUSTOMS). You will also compute tariffs (taxes), and price conversions of merchandise imported from foreign destinations. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Participates in planning and directing the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations
+ Effectively classifies dutiable import/export shipments to ensure compliance with all government agency rules and regulations
+ Processes all requests for extensions, expiration, cancellation and all government entries
+ Communicates with origin and destination locations regarding shipment status and special handling and delivery processes

+ Serve as the primary CH Robinson customs representative for your customer account base, ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and follow through on issues until resolution to customer satisfaction.
+ Demonstrate mastery with respect to the customs brokerage products' standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices.
+ Direct ownership of Customer Standard Operating Procedures and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) databases for customer account base to ensure full compliance of CBP and customer requirements.
+ Begin to develop the skill to serve as a custom's trusted advisor, transitioning from the day-to-day data entry fundamentals to true customs brokerage account management of your clients.
+ Analyze and validate import documentation and data to ensure they are in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations prior to entry submission to U.S Customs and Partner Government Agencies (PGA).
+ Adhere to a high level of operational excellence internally and externally, with respect to on-time performance, accuracy, and customer service.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school degree or GED equivalent
+ Minimum of 1 year of customs entry-writing experience
