- Strong understanding of media buying, digital attribution, and E-commerce KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate)
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets with a clear track record of driving profitable growth

Key Responsibilities- Serve as an extension of the Water Supply and Hydrogeology Community of Practice to support team building, mentoring, and skill development in the western US.
- Lead aquifer well field studies, development projects, rehabilitation, and operational strategies to optimize water supplies using aquifer storage and recovery and managed aquifer recharge; support drought mitigation and saltwater intrusion barriers.
- Support integrated water supply assessments and alternative water supply planning and implementation efforts.
- Support scenario planning for integrated surface and groundwater management programs and natural systems restoration projects across the western US and other opportunities.
- Support technology assessments and implementation strategies addressing client groundwater/water resource needs to differentiate Black & Veatch.

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist with an additional board-certification in addiction medicine.
At Talkiatry, that means our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more of your time on patient care. We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Talkiatry does not provide intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that solving the accessibility issues in mental health care begins with taking care of our doctors.
