Job Responsibilities- Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner.
- Always deliver exemplary customer service
- May be required to prepare and serve hot food
- May be required to work as an expediter in the kitchen, keeping the orders organized, ensuring they get sent out to the right tables in a reasonable amount of time
- Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment is maintained, to ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Ensure cleanliness of food service work area
- Maintain daily side work, ensure any required logs are completed in a timely manner also complete any restocking and cleaning duties.
- Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records
- Must be able to work with diverse populations in an encouraging and positive manner

SUMMARY:BridgeValley Community & Technical College is seeking a part-time Outreach Director for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The position begins in September 2025 and is housed within the Division of General Education & Professional Programs. The Outreach Director will report to the program’s Executive Director and work closely with the Program Manager. This is a grant-funded, part-time position. The actual offer will depend on education and experience.
The 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) initiative is part of a national effort to support small business growth and job creation. It combines education, business support services, and access to capital to help small businesses overcome growth barriers.
The program has three main components: business education, support services (including technical assistance and personalized advising), and capital access. Its goal is to help participating businesses increase revenues and create jobs in their communities.
Responsibilities:- Lead efforts to generate a pipeline of qualified and eligible business applicants for three cohorts annually.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan to meet recruitment goals.
- Conduct public presentations, host information sessions, participate in events, and pitch the program directly to small business owners.
- Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with stakeholders such as chambers of commerce, entrepreneurship programs, CDFIs, industry associations, and local organizations to ensure full enrollment and participation in the program.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential- Act as a senior subject matter expert in assisting high net worth clients from an income, trust and estate and tax planning perspective
- Advise individuals and families on all aspects of the transmission of wealth, including tax‑efficient estate planning structures, sophisticated lifetime gifting strategies, the transfer of closely held businesses, charitable giving and the administration and restructuring of trusts
- Counsel clients on asset protection techniques and implementation
- Interface with Trustees, Attorneys, Accountants, and other advisors and professional bodies in respect to private clients’ wealth planning
- Develop philanthropic goals and implement related structures (e.g., DAF, private foundations)
- Formalize financial goals and put into action a plan to achieve those goals
- Presentation of internal educational seminars to Private Wealth Management teams
- Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA and / or JD highly preferred
- Extensive experience working with clients in structuring multi‑generational wealth and estate planning strategies
- Technical expertise in US tax legislation and tax implications of investment portfolios, estate planning entities, philanthropic entities, and other business activities, including impact of the Alternative Minimum Tax
- Strong income tax planning expertise
- Experience with state and local tax matters for the southern state jurisdictions is preferable
- Experience working with both private company owners and executives of public companies is a plus
- A strong background in advising on the implementation of asset protection techniques
- Experience in interfacing with Trustees, Attorneys, Accountants, and other advisors and professional bodies in respect to private client’s wealth planning
- Deep interest in the financial markets and good investment sense / commercial instinct
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team‑oriented environment
- Resourceful, self‑starter, attentive to detail and capable of multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment
- Extensive experience of presenting to internal and external audiences
- Ability to build consensus and facilitate decision‑making among families
- Experience in the structuring and management of family office entities is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and think clearly under pressure
- A minimum of ten years of experience as an accountant, attorney or wealth professional
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & Series 63 exams (must be obtained within first 3 months of employment)
- Willingness and desire to travel, as necessary, given regional coverage of the role

Your ImpactAs an associate on the acquisition marketing team you will create, manage, and execute paid media campaigns across a number of different channels aimed at driving new customer acquisition. You will own the end-to-end strategy/planning, execution, optimization, budget management, analysis and reporting for our team. You will also help the acquisition team stay current with industry trends and customer expectations to incorporate them into our optimization plan. You will interact and work with Product, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Analytics, and Tech among others. This opportunity is for a 2026 start.
Responsibilities- Develop media plans for campaigns against business goals to execute multiple paid media channels
- Develop in coordination with other marketing team members short and long term digital advertising strategy with the goal of driving new customer acquisition
- Lead influencer marketing initiative with paid media amplification
- Work collaboratively across internal marketing team members and external digital agency partners to support both new and current digital marketing campaigns
- Manage the marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring optimization, analysis and reporting
- Lead day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns and maintain a high-standard of operational excellence
- Review and analyze campaign performance on daily, weekly, and monthly basis; develop reporting dashboards and conduct deep dive analysis as needed
- Lead marketing technology strategy including cookie-less solutions
- Manage marketing/technology vendor relationships
- Provide recommendations around areas of new opportunity for traffic growth to the website
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with multiple different paid media channels, including but not limited to Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Online Video
- Experience managing multiple channels/campaigns at one time
- Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for digital marketing channels
- Experience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills, ideally web analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience with GMP (CM, DV360, GA360, SA360, Google Ads), Facebook, and other marketing platforms
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics software
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, etc.), Access and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, SQL and Tableau beneficial but not necessary
