We are a Digital Marketing Agency, seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience successfully managing and growing Local SEO campaigns for clients, preferably at the agency level. - Utilize and synthesize data across platforms including GA4, Search Console, Looker, SA360, and SEO tools to inform strategy, reporting, and leadership insights, clearly communicating trends and performance
- Build and optimize multi-million-dollar paid search budgets with a rigorous eye toward cost efficiency, revenue impact, and margin contribution
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to create robust forecasting models, scenario testing, and measurement frameworks that capture blended lift, new customer acquisition, and lifetime value impact
- Champion test-and-learn experimentation across ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and new ad formats. Run structured experiments and share learnings with clarity
- Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities in search marketing, integrating AI tools for keyword research, content scaling, dynamic bidding, and performance monitoring
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 10 or more years of hands-on experience in SEM and SEO with a strong track record of managing search strategy within a retail or e-commerce environment
- Deep expertise in Google Ads including Search, Shopping, PMax, SA360, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog
- Working knowledge of how AI and LLM-powered search is reshaping visibility, click behavior, and content frameworks
- Strong understanding of data modeling, attribution, and performance reporting, with experience working closely with analytics and BI teams
- Direct experience running and scaling Shopping campaigns, including feed auditing, segmentation, and bidding optimization
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams in high-growth, fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear strategic business narratives

Strategize, create, and monitor Search Engine Marketing campaigns within designated accounts in Google, Bing, and other marketing platforms to achieve assigned revenue and acquisition KPIs. Work with internal clients and external vendors to ensure changes are implemented and executed. Track and report on results to continually optimize the accounts. The ideal candidate demonstrates an interest in continued learning in a constantly evolving field, a drive for innovation and is not only a team player but can identify and address tasks without direction.
The Digital Marketing team is strong and empowered to be innovative in the latest SEM strategies. The SEM Account Manager thinks critically about how to make our team and brands better and in turn expects to be given the ability to execute those ideas
Requirements:
• Working in a team environment
• Optimizing and building paid search campaigns in accounts that spend in excess of $1MM annually
• Working alongside key brand leadership to develop and implement paid search marketing initiatives
• Working with content and design teams to create high-quality landing pages and retargeting ads
• Perform A/B ad testing, keyword research, and ongoing bid management
Qualifications:
· Hands-on experience with any of these paid platforms: Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, or Pinterest
· Strong analytical skills matched with problem-solving
· Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications or a related field preferred
· Knowledge of PPC campaigns architecture and optimization
· Ability to write effective ad copy
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
