Horizon Media is seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about SEO and marketing technology, have a solid understanding of ever-evolving SEO best practices and technical considerations, as well as knowledge of best practices in content creation & optimization. The role will report to the SEO Manager and support our expanding team through daily implementation & delivery of SEO strategy to existing and new clients.

Salary Range
$64,350.00 - $80,000.00

CAMP Digital SEM/SEO Specialists are the primary search strategists for their assigned client pod. They will work in close conjunction with their respective Search counterpart to implement defined strategies in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and on client websites. They will work & engage with clients and their respective Account Executive & Account Manager to synthesize daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly needs & goals for each client in their pod. SEM/SEO Specialists are expected to work closely with the Search Team at CAMP to share knowledge, understand best practices, and help complete department-wide projects. A deep understanding of the Google Ads platform and its capabilities is required to perform the duties of the SEM/SEO position . This includes a working knowledge of all the different Google Ads campaign types, bidding strategies, budget & reporting tools, conversion setup, and basic metrics like CTRs and conversion rates. SEM/SEO Specialists are also expected to have experience working with other industry-standard tools and programs, such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and DNI software.
The SEM/SEO Specialist is expected to bring innovative & pragmatic solutions to their assigned pod of clients which will entail executing research, developing recommendations, and meeting or exceeding KPI benchmarks. The SEM/SEO Specialist will assess market trends & review data inputs from both internal & third-party resources in coordination with their respective search counterpart. Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Google Ads optimization, ads performance, and paid search strategy
- Client budget management and oversight
- Oversees and takes part in ad campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy, and assets to ensure optimal performance
- Understand the importance of KPIs and works to ensure they are met for paid search & organic progress & growth
- Monitoring market data for trends within the home services industry on a macro-scale

Job Responsibilities:
This role will focus on evolving and maturing our SEO approach for our resort brands and the Epic Pass. This role will partner with content marketing teams (PR, Earned Media, Organic Social), Digital Marketing teams (E-comm, IT), and will also interface with various lines of business (e.g. Season Pass, Ski/Ride School, Hospitality, My Epic Gear & Rentals).
What you'll do:

Define Vail Resorts' SEO and AI SEO strategy across current and new products and services.

Identify new opportunities to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic. Including full site and content audits to identify ways to improve site structure that increases organic ranking potential.

Measure and optimize the overall SEO program's success.

Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking while monitoring and measuring search positioning.

Build and maintain SEO reporting dashboards to track performance.

Demonstrate a superior understanding of technical SEO/AI SEO and practices and tools.

Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to drive effective SEO strategies, identifying ways to better utilize and propagate our inspirational skiing/snowboarding content in more places across the digital experience to drive greater organic traffic value.

Perform opportunity analysis and make recommendations for funding in both content and technical spaces to maximize SEO value.

Partner closely with the E-comm team, LOB's and Digital IT teams to create an organic growth roadmap focused on technical and content related opportunities that grow traffic and conversions across primary search engines.
