Software Engineering 1** to lead a team of talented software engineers and ensure quality engineering support to programs, IRADs and new business pursuits in the Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions (WIMS) Business Unit. The Software Engineering Manager will be working alongside fellow engineering professionals as we continue to provide engineering solutions for our customers. **Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or other STEM discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering development projects or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering development projects
+ An active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance
+ Experience in managing the implementation and delivery of sophisticated engineering solutions in support of Government customers

Primary Level Salary Range: $118,100.00 - $177,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. + Ensuring proper labeling of hazardous material containers, cabinets, rooms, and controlled areas.
+ Classifies all hazardous waste and solid waste by preparing documents, packing, and labeling in preparation for disposal pick-ups.

+ Provide support for the management of aboveground and underground fuel storage tanks, such as managing fuel deliveries and pickups, performing required inspections, and moving products as needed.

**Qualifications**

Essential Job Responsibilities
+ Provide test and evaluatin services for the program office.
+ Managing and executing all program test activities, including the planning, execution, and reporting of test projects, on behalf of the program office;
+ Updating and managing all program office test documentation, including test plans, test priorities, test schedules, test memorandums, and test reports;
+ Assisting in coordinating test planning working groups, logistical requirements, program office delegations, technical interchanges, and day-to-day interactions between the program office and supporting test, intelligence, and technology organizations;
+ Applying systems engineering, test engineering and test operations expertise to projects and program challenges, and advising project leads and project engineers on all matters of test engineering as it applies to highly technical program office efforts;
+ Supporting the Program Director at executive levels within the government and other contractor organizations, including major program reviews, inspections, conferences, and other program evaluations and major milestone events;
+ Managing interactions and cultivating relationships between the program office, supporting government offices, other contractors, and higher headquarters mid to upper level staff.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
+ It is preferred that the person filling this role have an electrical, aerospace, mechanical or other relevant engineering degree.
+ Test knowledge and experience in at least two of the three areas on ACAT I, ACAT II, or equivalent aircraft development programs:
