About the Role:

Commercial Relationship Manager develops, advises, manages, and retains client relationships. They also solicit new business relationships with a focus on the profitability of those relationships. This is a sales- and solutions-focused position.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Relationship Manager to come in and manage and grow a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans. This sales and relationship focused individual will prospect for and close new business relationships and retain and expand relationships with existing customers. The Relationship Manager will sell appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on One U.S. Bank and making appropriate referrals. Basic Qualifications

- Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field OR equivalent experience

- 10 or more years of commercial lending experience

**About this role:**

**The Difference You Make:**
The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for the sales, service and retention of complex and profitable Commercial relationships. The Incumbent is responsible for new business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of an assigned portfolio of commercial customers.
