- Performs physical work including walking distances, climbing up and down ladders, using tapelines, measuring wheels and basic survey equipment such as a construction level
- Communicates verbally and in writing to shop personnel, contractors and construction management to ensure operational success. Performs work functionally in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project and other "Expert Systems" used in the construction process

The Field Coordinator is an essential team member of Centers Plan for Healthy Living’s Care Management department and assists with the care of all members enrolled in CPHL’s managed care plans. + Conduct daily visits to the homes of our clients
+ Enter and submit documentation records of home visits
+ Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed
+ Greet and assist guests
+ Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties, as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Valid driver's license
+ Access to an insured and reliable vehicle or public transportation
+ Active and current auto insurance
+ Ability to travel within the service area on weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Proficient computer skills
+ Customer service experience and skills
