Job Responsibilities:

* Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple and qualified candidates available.
* Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
* Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
* Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process.
* Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule and overall expectations.
* Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process - which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment, and retention.
* Support the internal Atlas departments through the employment/assignment process as needed.
* Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner.
* Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
* Contribute to the Atlas brand by being a positive and respectful professional to your internal and external customers.
* Always be an Atlas ambassador and advocate.

* Outstanding financial opportunities. This is a sales position with a base salary plus commissions on your sales. Your base will meet the minimum salary threshold for the state you reside in with $50,000 being the minimum base salary offered. For those new to this industry, total base plus commission averages can be up to $85,000 in your first year. Those with industry experience and more time in the role tend to see a higher total base plus commissions.

Job Description

Lewis Central Community School District is looking for Substitutes to help assist in the absence of our regularly scheduled staff. We are looking for Substitute Teachers, Paraeducators, Nutrition Services Staff and Office Staff.

Preferences on buildings and positions you are willing to take will be asked in the application.
Substitute Teacher Applicants - You must have a current teaching license, a substitute license or substitute authorization through the Iowa Board of Education Examiners in place before we will be able to add you to the substitute list. Please make sure you have recieved confirmation from the Iowa BOEE that you have been issued your license or authorization before applying . Please go to for more information on how to obtain one of these licenses.

Applicants will recieve information after submitting their application about the next steps for getting added to Lewis Central CSD's subsitute list. An orientation will be scheduled for new substitutes to attend.

For the start of the School Year we will hold a new substitute orientation during the week of August 18th.
