Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Logistics and Inventory Associate to support an international electronics group specializing in the fields of electronic test equipment, broadcast & media, cybersecurity, and radiocommunication. This role will be sitting in Coppell, TX onsite. Daily responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and tracking project shipments across the US. This individual will be overseeing 5-10 projects at any given time and will be unpacking demo equipment to support the company Sales team. Additional responsibilities include:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Logistics Associate for a company based in Blythewood, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the warehouse operations and perform inventory management and basic warehouse procedures.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:15pm

Logistics Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate inventory transactions in SAP, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Transfer inventory between storage locations according to established procedures.
• Package finished goods safely and securely for shipment using appropriate materials and tools.
• Use tape guns, box cutters, and other packing tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Logistics Associate Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment required.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a must.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures and cycle counting.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and tools (e.g., pallet jacks, box cutters, tape guns).
• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• May involve repetitive tasks and working in varying temperature conditions.
• Safety gear (e.g., gloves, safety shoes) may be required.

About the Role

The Logistics Associate position is going to play a pivotal role in managing all the order fulfillment of Cardone Enterprise companies on a national and international scale. This role reports directly to Cardone's Logistics Director. This role is expected to also assist the team in supporting the events team in ensuring a seamless event experience. The Ideal Candidate will have a good understanding of order processing and fulfillment, software/IT literacy, as well as be available to travel nationally and internationally and support events after work hours and on weekends when necessary.

The Logistics Associate will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of the Oshkosh logistics system. Pay Range:

$50,400.00 - $77,200.00
