About the Role
The Logistics Associate position is going to play a pivotal role in managing all the order fulfillment of Cardone Enterprise companies on a national and international scale. This role reports directly to Cardone's Logistics Director. This role is expected to also assist the team in supporting the events team in ensuring a seamless event experience. - Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
- Track all orders via the company's delivery software.
- Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues.
- Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service.
- Help manage current customer orders.
