What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Proven experience in process improvement and service center optimization, preferably in the aviation or transportation industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on drawing concise conclusions from complex analyses across multiple data resources.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and build consensus across diverse teams, using intracompany relationships to drive results.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.

**Summary**
**Transaction Processing Associate I, reports directly to the Outreach Supervisor. Conducts presentations throughout the community on New Mexico Medicaid Program. Will meet with groups or individuals. Provide accurate information about the New Mexico Medicaid Program and can assist beneficiaries in enrollment and eligibility assistance for potential and existing New Mexico Medicaid beneficiaries. Processes eligibility applications and determines eligibility for the program. Enters eligibility information into a web-based computer system and references other NM-specific databases as appropriate. Follows up with beneficiaries with correspondence, performs file updates as information comes in, and assesses service/information?**
**What you will be doing:**
+ **Support the research process unit for the SBE (state-based exchange)?**
+ **Determine eligibility for NM Medicaid Program according to the NM Medicaid Care regulations/guidelines by reviewing documentation to accurately enter data into a web-based computer system and following procedures for running automated eligibility rules; prepare correspondence for missing information as appropriate; make outbound calls to obtain, clarify, or validate the information?**
+ **Seasoned processor with strong knowledge of all systems used for processing - SME (subject matter expert)?**
+ **Process applications while maintaining an error rate of 5% or below?**
+ **Assist in the call center when needed?**
+ **Work independently on projects?**
+ **Assist/train new staff when needed?**
+ **Maintain good attendance and punctuality?**
+ **Adhere to changes in policy and procedure.**
+ **Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements?**
+ **Build relationships with the community and advocacy groups?**
+ **Provides support to the business operations such as front end, image & data capture, and or document and transaction content management.**
+ **Provides administrative support to the business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities, electronic portal, media conversation, content storage and retrieval.**

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the **Outreach Transaction Processing Supervisor** oversees the staff processing consumer information for the New Jersey Family Care Managed Programs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required level agreements.
+ Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
+ Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
+ Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
+ Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
+ Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
+ Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.
**Qualifications**
+ Have two years of supervisory experience in government service to consumers.
+ Possess ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews.
+ Have proficiency with the MS Office suite.
+ Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
+ Show ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
+ Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
+ Ability to work onsite during evening and weekend hours.
**Preferred**
+ Hold an associate's or bachelor's degree.
