Summary:
Data Processing team members ensure efficient and accurate entry of customer data into our reimbursement system.
Data Entry Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Verify data from Clients employees who are requesting tuition assistance and verifying data fields when processing payment request.
- Ability to meet or exceed expectations of job performance which includes call monitors, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Process and complete requests accurately upon first receipt.
- Work efficiently independently.
- Adhere to set quality standards.
- Assume or assist with other tasks as needed or assigned
