A Technical Product Owner / Asset Owner plays an integral role in the successful design, deployment, and adoption of end-to-end analytical solutions to better serve our business partners. This role will support the Middle & Large Business organization as part of the Middle & Large Business Data Science, AI and Analytics team. The Middle & Large Business Data Science, AI and Analytics team is one of three practices (business-aligned teams) in the broader Business Insurance Data Science, AI and Analytics organization.
As a Technical Product Owner / Asset Owner, you will be expected to build relationships and partner with stakeholders to ensure that data science solutions are addressing business problems as intended and achieving the expected value. You will identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes and devise new or improved data science solutions to identify risks, enhance processes, and increase operational efficiency. Additionally, this role provides tactical support to the Data Science team by driving project execution, roadmaps, and regular updates to business partners. The ability to take detailed data science output and highlight key findings, results, and recommendations to our business partners is fundamental to project success.
This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Responsibilities:
+ Build strong partnerships with business customers and technology partners, and act as key point of contact for several Data Science assets with internal stakeholders
+ Assist in identifying opportunities to evolve or reuse existing assets or develop new assets that could add operational and business value
+ Assist with the communication plan and marketing strategy of key capstone initiatives. Build customer artifacts to support adoption, marketing and socialization including documentation, project plans, and roadmaps
+ Develop disciplined project timelines and support teams' capacities to deliver results in a timely manner

+ Comfortable with working on novel, ambiguous business problems with no clear-cut solutions while flexing different roles to achieve project success

Our Team
Our team serves the family of Koch companies with supplier strategy, contracts and deal negotiations primarily in the technology category. Acting as an extension of our customers' teams, we use a framework-driven approach to understand their needs and deliver timely, profitable results.
What You Will Do
- Overall responsibility for identifying and documenting operational business requirements and processes
- Develop trusted relationships with key business partners by focusing on transformation, optimization, and understanding needs of our customers
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the operations process and metrics, including development of dashboards for reporting
- Own maintaining data used for long-term strategy development
- Provide oversight/reporting related to long-term strategy development
- Partner with the IT Procurement team to streamline and optimize handoffs between the teams
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Clark Transfer runs exclusively with leased-on Owner/Operators who pull Clark Transfer's customized 48' and 53' trailers. Clark Transfer operates directly in 48 states and Canada. Clark Transfer continues today under the same ownership and management. It is widely recognized as the “gold standard” for transportation in the theatrical industry.
Benefits:
- Most singles earn $175,000 to $25,000+ on less than 85k miles
- Most teams earn 275,000 to 325,000+ on less than 110k miles
- Solos: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: 3,500/week worked (most earn 3,750 - 4,250+)
