Compensation:
$65-85/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications
- Education:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a pivotal leadership role in Shaw's Commercial Salesforce ecosystem, serving as both a platform steward and team coach. This associate leads a small team of Salesforce administrators while also taking ownership of complex configuration, data stewardship, and cross-functional platform enhancements.
Reporting to the Salesforce Architect, this associate ensures alignment between technical capabilities and business strategy, directly supporting Sales, Marketing, and Strategy stakeholders. They are expected to model Front Line Leadership competencies and foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This role will work in a hybrid way with 3 office days per week at our corporate offices in Dalton, GA.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentorship
+ Coach and develop junior Salesforce admins using structured feedback, support, and skill-building opportunities.
+ Create a collaborative team environment that emphasizes inclusion, continuous learning, and growth.
+ Build strong relationships across business teams to understand needs and influence adoption.
Platform Ownership
+ Own configuration design and system integrity across Commercial Clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
+ Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including Flows, automation, page layouts, custom objects, and reports.
+ Lead platform maintenance: license and permission management, metadata cleanup, and release readiness.
Data Quality & Governance
+ Serve as a key contact for data accuracy and integrity; partner with Business Data Owners and IT to implement proactive governance solutions.
+ Monitor data import/export processes, handle complex deduplication tasks, and define data cleanup strategies.
+ Work with Business Intelligence partners to ensure Salesforce remains a trusted source for downstream reporting.
Enablement & Support
+ Lead triage and resolution of escalated support issues.
+ Partner with SDS, Marketing, and Enablement teams to promote better usage and adoption.
+ Support user onboarding and champion platform training that empowers business users.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree required, with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com administration experience in an enterprise environment; OR 10+ years of progressive Salesforce.com administration required
+ Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required
+ Experience mentoring or managing others, formally or informally required
+ Proven understanding of core Salesforce.com architecture, automation tools, and data modeling best practices require
+ Ability to work up to 3 days a week in Dalton office
