The Role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to enhance the visibility and organic search performance of our apps and websites. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Collaborate with content and product teams to create SEO-friendly content.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Track and report on key SEO performance metrics.
- Around 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital product or app-based business.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
- Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and engineering teams.

What You'll Do
- 50% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo!, Bing, other search engines, and bid management platforms, including DS3, Marin, Kenshoo, and InsideVault.

Salary Range
$64,350.00 - $80,000.00

**Job Summary**
Search engine marketing (SEM) specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and managing the organization's overall SEM strategy. Partner with media strategists to deploy search marketing tactics in an effort to increase online visibility and engagement with content, products or services. SEM Specialists analyze research, data or technology to understand user intent and uncover opportunities for ongoing optimization. Utilize SEO data to assist in the optimization of SEM and PPC campaigns in an effort to minimize CPC and increase CTR. Also partner with the marketing analytics team to use site traffic data to make informed decisions as it pertains to paid search performance.
Has proven experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Search Ads 360, Google and Bing. Works closely with the web and content teams to drive quality traffic٫ increase conversions and maximize ROI. Partner with Media Strategists to develop and implement the SEM campaigns for the organization. Improves search-related activities through ongoing analysis, experimentation or A/B testing. Performs ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization. Researchs and analyzes competitor advertising keywords and links. Identifies appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports key metrics. Coordinates reporting dashboards and presents to key stakeholders.
Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. **Job Responsibilities:**
This role will focus on evolving and maturing our SEO approach for our resort brands and the Epic Pass. This role will partner with content marketing teams (PR, Earned Media, Organic Social), Digital Marketing teams (E-comm, IT), and will also interface with various lines of business (e.g. Season Pass, Ski/Ride School, Hospitality, My Epic Gear & Rentals).
What you'll do:
+ Define Vail Resorts' SEO and AI SEO strategy across current and new products and services.
+ Identify new opportunities to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic. Including full site and content audits to identify ways to improve site structure that increases organic ranking potential.
+ Measure and optimize the overall SEO program's success.
+ Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking while monitoring and measuring search positioning.
+ Build and maintain SEO reporting dashboards to track performance.
+ Demonstrate a superior understanding of technical SEO/AI SEO and practices and tools.
+ Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to drive effective SEO strategies, identifying ways to better utilize and propagate our inspirational skiing/snowboarding content in more places across the digital experience to drive greater organic traffic value.
+ Perform opportunity analysis and make recommendations for funding in both content and technical spaces to maximize SEO value.
+ Partner closely with the E-comm team, LOB's and Digital IT teams to create an organic growth roadmap focused on technical and content related opportunities that grow traffic and conversions across primary search engines.
**Job Requirements:**
