ROMTech is now looking for a Performance Analyst to drive visibility into how our teams perform against expectations. This role transforms data into actionable insights, identifies capability gaps, and guides coaching and training interventions.


Please note this is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our newest location in Clearwater, FL.


Responsibilities :

KPI Development and Management :

  • Establish baseline performance metrics (e.g., conversion behaviors, script adherence, SLA compliance).
  • Develop leading indicators to signal execution quality early.
  • Maintain the Performance KPI Dictionary as the enterprise standard.

Performance Reporting & Rhythm of Business (RoB) :

  • Build and deliver dashboards aligned to ROMTech’s Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Provide weekly performance updates showing directional movement in key metrics.
  • Create clear analysis packs to support leadership decisions and resource allocation.

Root Cause Analysis :

  • Lead monthly RCA cycles to explain performance gaps.
  • Distinguish between skill, knowledge, and process-related issues.
  • Recommend targeted solutions: coaching, training, or leadership action.

Cross-Functional Partnerships :

  • Collaborate with Sales Ops for data capture and pipeline visibility.
  • Align with Training/Quality teams for curriculum evaluation and performance measurement.
  • Partner with HR on competency standards.
  • Engage leaders across Sales, RCM, Delivery, and Clinical functions for adoption and accountability.
  • Make coaching and training ROI visible by tying behavior improvements to measurable performance changes.
  • Ensure leaders have clear, reliable reporting for RoB cadences (MBRs, QBRs, executive reviews).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, performance management, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, BI dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Experience creating and presenting executive-level reports (MBRs, QBRs, etc.).
  • Analytical and systems-oriented.
  • Quick learner who adapts to new tools and data structures.
  • Able to simplify complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-driven, and action-biased.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)

The Performance Analyst at each property will be responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining the labor strategy of the hotel in conjunction with the Leadership Committee and GM in order to optimize productivity and labor. Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Overview

The Marketing Performance Analyst will be a key member of the digital marketing team, focused on leveraging data to optimize our marketing efforts. This role is responsible for the analysis, reporting, and interpretation of marketing data across all our digital channels. They will work closely with the Sr. Digital & Automation Manager and specialists to provide insights that drive our strategy and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, ad networks, email marketing, social channels, etc.) to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and Automate Reports: Develop and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards that provide a clear view of our marketing KPIs. You will also be responsible for automating these reports to ensure timely access to data.
  • Provide Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that guide the team's decision-making and optimize our marketing spend.
  • Support A/B Testing: Partner with the team to design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, helping to determine the most effective messaging, creative, and channel strategies.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and stay current with new tools to keep our team ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, required.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or digital marketing reporting.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). *What tools are we using?
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets and translate them into clear insights.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and automated reports using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, etc.) and their key performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000

JOB GOALS: . The Data & Performance Analyst is responsible for the overall consistency, accuracy, integrity and security of academic data. The Data & Performance Analyst will lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of student performance, school operational, and assessment data to drive decision-making and support continuous improvement. This role ensures data integrity, helps identify trends and areas for growth, collaborates with teachers and leaders to set goals, and ensures the school meets all state and federal reporting requirements (e.g. California state assessments, CALPADS, local measures).

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Incumbents may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Provides needed data and prepares reports for AIMS K-12 College Prep District, AIPCS, AIMS HS, AIPCS II.
  • Supports school leaders to provide required data for charter renewals and the evaluation of new and existing charter schools as related to student performance.
  • Provides data and analysis to the Director of Teaching & Learning.
  • Provides needed data and prepares reports for charter, charter renewal, SARC, CA Dashboard, CALPADS, CALSAAS, MOU, Authorizors request of data, CBEDS, board reports of student performance and all other reports assigned.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in school operations and student performance.
  • Ensure to adhere when reviewing student related data to adhere to AIMS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations like FERPA and HIPAA.
  • Creating and distributing reports for various stakeholders, including administrators, teachers, and external agencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Leadership Team to assist in the accuracy and publication of attendance, progress, measurable metrics outlined within MOU, disaggregated date by demographics/academics and chronic absenteeism tracking.
  • Provide requested data for site leaders for the following: meetings, training as appropriate including PD training and facilitation, back to school night, orientation, and school events in engaging community and stakeholders.
  • Support with data for reporting for enrollment director, and operations team to support collection, analysis, reporting and validation best practices.
  • Provide an analysis of data for schools to drive support development, implementation and testing of processes for collecting new data streams.
  • Support school leaders in the analysis and pre-stage to support development of and improve documentation of processes and data schema for student performance.
  • Provide requested student data and performance data to the Director of Teaching and Learning, Head of Schools, Enrollment Director, and Operations Director to support collection, analysis, reporting and validation best practices.
  • As requested, provide data/analysis for performance related data to CALPADS with county office and district/school stakeholders and facilitate data corrections to assure compliance with local state and federal requirements.
  • As requested to support state and federal mandated testing and assessment of students, to include correspondence and inquiries from testing agencies, ordering and distributing test materials, maintaining test records (physical and electronic) and student data uploads (TOMS data entry).
  • Support Director of Teaching and Learning to build yearly data calendars for instructional and system wide key data dates.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in similar or related field preferred
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with data and disaggregate data.
  • Effective and confident verbal and written communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience analyzing K-12 district or state education data.
  • Have advanced excel skills.
  • Have the ability to present information in a clear and understandable format.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Experience with the student information systems used in California education agencies
  • (SQL server, Escape, Microsoft Access and Excel, CALPADS, Aeries, CASEMIS, etc.)
