As Manager, Growth Marketing - Paid Social, you will own new and existing categories for Quince's media buying strategy on Pinterest. This role will play a major part in accelerating Quince's growth across Pinterest and other platforms.
Responsibilities:- Execute and support the paid social strategy across Pinterest.
- Develop and execute full-funnel Pinterest ad strategies, leveraging format types like Idea Pins, Video Pins, and Shopping Ads to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze platform trends, seasonal behaviors, and keyword performance to inform targeting and content strategy.
- Oversee 7-figure monthly media spend, scaling campaigns while maintaining ROAS efficiency targets.
- Continuously test and optimize ads featuring new products, creatives, and landing pages. Establish a feedback loop with cross-functional teams to enhance ad strategy and inform supply chain planning.
- Collaborate with marketing channel leads to leverage consumer behavior trends across all marketing platforms.
- Partner closely with the creative strategy teamincluding creative strategists, video editors, and graphic designersto develop high-performing ad content.
- Coordinate with ad tech teams to automate reporting and streamline campaign management and optimization tactics.
- 2+ years of relevant Pinterest marketing experience (experience with additional channels a plus) with an emphasis on performance with growth + ROAS goals

- Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, understand key business drivers and translate insights into actionable and successful strategies and outcomes

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

About The Role
BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR!

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our teams across various sites in the UK. This is a field based role with the expectation that there will be an element of travel between sites to best understand the different bars that we have and to build relationships with the teams, whilst understanding their local areas.
You will report directly into the Operations Manager supporting their Area comprising of a group of fantastic sites. There will also be a dotted line into the central marketing team so that you are able to stay fully up to date with company initiatives and to help drive exposure to nationwide focusses across your bars.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Execute BrewDog's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and TikTok as well as any other relevant social media platforms.
- Generate strategies to increase social media reach and engagement. This includes, but is not exclusive to, influencer giftings, giveaways and social partnerships with adjacent brands.
- Shoot or graphically design compelling digital content (still and video) for all channels. This includes behind-the-scenes content with the brewing team as well as producing engaging content for our bars.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for all social channels that demonstrates value and sets BrewDog apart from the competition.
- Manage the content calendar for social media, actively sourcing new content internally through collaboration with other departments and externally with influencer/partner brands.
- Act as digital community manager and customer service rep on social channels - engaging and activating our social following where needed or handing off to internal team where needed.
