Universal Studios Hollywood (USH), the world's largest working movie studio and theme park, is looking to fill an Analyst role in the Field Services area. This position will be a team member of the Field Services team who support all Point of Sale (POS) systems for USH. The systems include Ticketing, Food, Retail and Parking. This is a role which requires the ability to work in various capacities within the department ranging from Analysts to Phone Dispatcher. This position is responsible for all hardware and software associated with these applications. Previous Point of Sales experience is required.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide maintenance and administration of all POS system processes in both application and hardware environments.
+ Plan and execute preventive maintenance procedures as required.
+ Provide 1st level support for telecommunication problems and coordinate 3rd party support when required.
+ Oversee RMA process maintaining adequate spare depot par levels through internal repair and RMA process.

The primary responsibility of the POS Warehouse Associate is to receive, warehouse, distribute and manage POS materials, samples and will-calls. Help Merchandiser in the construction and installation of custom displays. Clean and organize POS warehouse, shop (area where custom displays are constructed) and rebate/shelf talker area.
Manage POS Materials
- Employee handles the receiving of all POS.
- Break down, divide, and organize POS.
- Put away all POS in its designated location of the warehouse.
- Continuously condense POS to make room for new POS.
- Discard expired POS as directed by supervisor.
- Update inventory of all POS on the Data Report and POS System (min 3 times per week)
- Distribute POS to sales reps and Managers or prepare for delivery to accounts as requested. (Place in cubbies or as directed)
- Manage rebates and shelf talkers. Clean and organize this section of the warehouse making sure expiration dates are clearly marked on rebate boxes and expired ones are discarded.
Manage Samples and Will-calls
- Receive and check in samples and will-calls from warehouse or transfer truck.
- Lock up all product in the designated secured area of the warehouse.
- Distribute to the sales reps and managers with proper documentation. (Printed name and signature from recipients as the sample policy states)
Merchandising Responsibilities
- Install both special displays and stock POS by working with merchandisers, customers, and sales management on the coordination of timing and location of displays.
- Daily monitoring of POS System to check for ordered displays awaiting installation.
- Input completed displays into the POS system in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations including company vans (maintenance) and work area.
Safety Protocol
- Perform daily safety checks on all equipment before use, confirming accordance with specific equipment requirements and maintain these records for 30 days.
- Maintain safety certification on all machinery used on the job. (Forklifts, pallet jacks and cardboard compactor)

- Tracks purchases on receiving log and conveys that information to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Uses computer and POS software to input receiving, print price changes, print signs, and verify correct pricing.
- Using vendor invoices, compiles pertinent information including description, case cost, case quantity, vendor, size, department and sub department for submittal to corporate pricing.
- Ensures that all price change batches are complete and accurate.
- Prints a list of ending TPR’s for Store Manager to review for extension or removal.
- Ensures security of back-room product and that only authorized personnel enter the back room.
- Creates batches or lists at the direction of Corporate Office, Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager for purposes of price maintenance or special projects.
Experience/Education:
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- 2 years retail experience preferred

POSITION SUMMARY
This position assigns appropriate billing codes for an acute care, periop, or outpatient unit(s), clinic(s) or medical office(s) system-wide. Evaluates medical records, provider notes and dictation to determine appropriate procedure codes to assign to patient records and bills. Uses coding software and the company's Charge Description Master (CDM) to create billings and charges for insurers, government agencies and other payors.

1. Reviews patient records, dictated report(s), physician/provider notes. Uses a standard listing of procedures/charge codes and/or an automated system with the company's programmed Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) for all commonly used Diagnosis Related Groups (DRGs).
2. Identifies opportunities for improvement in clinical documentation. Shares that information with the appropriate Revenue Integrity staff. Maintains a current knowledge of procedural terminology requirements and documentation requirements.
3. Works with other point of service charging/coding staff to maintain consistency in practice across the system.
4. Works as a member of the system team to provide services and achieve goals. As assigned, may manage supply chain functions, scheduling, provide patient services or administrative support.
5. Works independently under regular supervision. Uses structured work procedures and independent judgment to solve problems and achieve high quality levels. Work output has a significant impact on business goal attainment. Customers include physicians, nurses, physician office staff, third party payors, central billing staff, staff from other departments and patients/patient families.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Requires a level of knowledge normally gained over two or more years of related work in the same type of clinical, medical office or acute care unit. Must be knowledgeable of medical terminology and current regulatory agency requirements for coding and charging for the assigned clinical area, and have a good understanding of reimbursement methodologies.
