Job Overview: We are seeking a Productivity Specialist to work with plant management, regional management, and other productivity teams to identify, lead, and complete productivity initiatives across Linde's industrial gas business. This role will manage a portfolio of six to ten Lean Six Sigma and/or cost-reduction projects annually, spanning varying complexity and size. You will focus on process improvements, cost reduction opportunities, and plant profitability using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Key responsibilities include conducting value stream mapping of operational processes, identifying defects, optimizing electricity and natural gas tariffs, and developing productivity project validations. You will also facilitate collaborative idea generation through brainstorming, Lean events, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring action plans meet the needs of the business. This position offers exposure to Linde's approach to cost-benefit analysis, capital acquisition, and project execution, while leading high-impact black belt projects and overseeing green belt initiatives across multiple sites. Scope: The Productivity Specialist role requires an independent, self-motivated individual who can work with limited supervision while engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organization. You'll develop expertise in productivity methodologies, apply advanced tools, and overcome resistance to change to deliver tangible results. The role also includes coaching junior productivity professionals and green belts on smaller projects and leading project teams. **Job Description Summary**
The Shop Cost Leader role will be responsible for monitoring, communicating, and improving overall cost position for RPCA hardware. In this role, you will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers, Engine Programs, and Sourcing teams to identify & execute projects related to cost reduction activities. You also will be responsible for compiling and presenting cost commitments for NPI tollgate cost audits, redesign estimates, as well as defining should-cost methodologies. This role will interact closely with Sourcing and Engine Program personnel to monitor/report supplier cost and material impacts for shop(s) supports. The preferred location for this role is Rutland, VT but other RPCA locations will be considered.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Ideate, Educate, and Translate cost metric drivers
+ Develop innovation, processes, and tools to maintain and improve cost performance at the manufacturing level
+ Be the KPI owner for Site Cost Productivity (general and specific cost)
+ Partner with site finance, manufacturing engineers, and business leaders to identify & successfully implement cost productivity projects across shop(s) supported
+ Define and implement standard work, operating rhythms, and escalation methods necessary to support the execution of cost productivity projects at the site level and at the product line AUC level
+ Lead efforts to establish & proactively resource and fund a multi-year project pipeline
+ Engage & secure support from resources external to shop (i.e Design, Sourcing, Engine Programs, etc.) to accelerate cost productivity projects to drive AUC improvements
+ Teach and mentor productivity principles to manufacturing engineers, product owners, and production teams across shop(s) supported
+ Drive collaboration across-sites to scale successful cost-approaches and lessons learned
+ Utilize lean principles and participate in kaizen events to improve production flow, product quality, and product cost
+ Partner with Engine Program cost focal (CEO, MSO, AEO, spares, etc.) teams to communicate drivers, opportunities, statuses, and forecasts
+ Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Lean Kaizen events and provide input to Manufacturing and Engineering to identify cost productivity concerns and develop manufacturing plan to mitigate identified risks
+ Understand internal and external process challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stay informed of industry trends that may impact cost forecasts.
+ Lead cross-functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity to problem solve
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing experience) + Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience

The salary range for this position is $ 98,000.00 - 131,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Sept 15, 2025.

The PEAK & Productivity Administrator will be responsible for assisting in daily reporting of Operations. This role will report to the PEAK & Productivity Manager and will work side by side with Operations Team Members.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage daily reports for PEAK and site performance tracking at the POC
+ Support the site's ERP system, SAP, by writing and processing Product Change Notices.
+ 6S & PEAK reporting, including Loss Analysis
+ Data Reporting for PEAK system owners
+ Support Ignition installation and system upkeep
+ Daily & weekly updates/check ins with Leads/Supervisors (DOR/WOR)
+ Support rework projects by acting as a rework liaison and facilitating project execution
+ Additional data entry and analysis work, as needed
**JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify, assess, and prioritise opportunities that drive the greatest impact on productivity and margin.
- Translate performance insights into clear problem statements and structured interventions aligned to strategic priorities.
- Lead the design and delivery of GTM change programs, applying best-in-class methodology rooted in commercial logic, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.
- Work with the Productivity Analytics Manager to validate opportunities with data, define success metrics, and track impact over time.
- Develop compelling business cases and executive-ready recommendations to support change adoption at senior levels.
- Facilitate workshops, lead diagnostics, and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and traction.
- Embed new ways of working into GTM functions and contribute to building a culture of accountability and performance improvement.
Qualifications:
- SaaS industry experience (strong preference for SaaS or large tech company)
- Prior expertise with top-tier consulting firms, leading large scale change across complex SaaS organizations ideal
- Experience and understanding of Revenue Ops and and Corporate Finance (e.g. the role of productivity and scaling productivity in GTM)
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong data acumen
- Track record of translating data-driven insights into actionable next steps
- Highly consultative and empathetic with strong EQ
