Duties:

+ Write and update Detail Process Sheets and Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
+ Controls and maintain all TPM Goals (Safety, Scrap, Customer Defects, In-processing defects and Downtime Frequency).
+ May have responsibility for following all RCRA aspects of packing, labeling, handling and manifesting Hazardous waste.
+ Maintains SQDCME Boards and participates in IPD meetings
+ Supports and participate in continuous improvement programs for Health, Safety and Environmental.

Job Description
The Roof Observer will maintain a presence at the construction site to ensure and confirm that the roofing contractor is compliant with the contract documents, approved submittals, schedule, and safety procedures. + Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
+ Provide surveillance of day-to-day flightline maintenance activities.
+ Generate, deliver, implement & sustain a Quality Control Plan inclusive of Safety of Flight List minimum equipment list (MEL) and compliant to AS9100.

Position Responsibilities: ?
+ The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards establishing operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager
+ This role ensures that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company, focusing on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies
+ You will direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience: ?
+ Associate's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 6 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
