Summary:The QA Testing Analyst participates in executing the tasks and activities of the broader testing team. This position collaborates with the Business Service Analysts (BSA) and Development teams in the analysis and review of requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Actively participate in the review of design specifications.
+ Create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts mapped to requirements, workflow, and system design documents to ensure proper coverage.
+ Conduct testing using HNB manual and/or automated test processes.
+ Execute test scripts, communicate and record results.
+ May run database queries in order to supply data validation within test scripts.
+ Update test cases based upon approved change requests.
+ Work with BSAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage.
+ Work with colleagues and project managers to meet established target dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions.
+ Provide Project Test Lead with input for weekly status reports.
+ Collaborate with Project Test Lead on the creation and review of the Test Strategy.
+ Collaborate with Project Test Lead on estimating the test efforts.
+ Comply with Huntington's standards of the SDLC and adhere to testing strategies & procedures within the industry standard.
+ Adhere to bank policies and procedures
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience working in data base queries
+ 1 + year of experience of working in data base queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
+ Test tool experience- Test Management (Quality Center), Automation, Defect Tracking etc.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The Testing Engineering Lead will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of system components, staying current with regulatory changes, testing best practices, and technological advancements. This position will be instrumental in establishing and evolving best practices for testing AI-driven solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead all testing initiatives within the RPA and AI domains, including test data generation, automation, and service validation.
+ Establish and maintain best practices for testing RPA and AI-developed solutions and regression testing efforts.
+ Ensure system reliability and quality through rigorous testing protocols.
+ Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, including offshore coordination, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with standards.
+ Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
+ Collaborate with development and regulatory teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
+ Strong background in automated testing, SQL, and automation tools.
+ Proven leadership in managing QA teams and offshore resources.
+ Healthcare industry experience required.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
