General Responsibilities:

- Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
- Execution: Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
- Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.
- Strategic & Analytic Orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytic marketing & credit risk management.

+ Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
+ Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
+ Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
+ Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
+ Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
+ Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This person will sit on the central Retail Bank Communications team within Banking & Premium Products. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications that connect leaders and their teams to the Bank strategy. Our work directly supports business programs and initiatives and helps cultivate the best associate experience ever. We're looking for an experienced communicator who can bring fresh ideas to the table for how to connect leaders in new ways and create meaningful communications that promote associate engagement and drive value for the business. You will be responsible for evaluating opportunities, driving communications strategies from start to finish, and preparing content for both internal and external audiences. You should be knowledgeable in providing communications counsel that is backed by channel metrics and associate feedback, comfortable and well-versed in speaking to leadership teams, and willing to partner with HR, chiefs of staff, and other stakeholders to most effectively drive communications.
