We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and execution across projects. The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM workflows, ensuring data consistency, coordinating interdisciplinary models, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality, data-rich digital models throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
BIM Strategy & Standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650, COBie, and other relevant BIM frameworks.
- Create and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for each project.
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for design, documentation, and construction phases.

- Identify and resolve model clashes using tools like Navisworks, Revit, or Solibri.

- Ensure proper version control, model backups, and data security practices.

- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Lead BIM execution planning and coordinate BIM efforts across all project disciplines.
- Create and manage complex BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Conduct clash detection analysis and facilitate resolution of design conflicts.
- Generate construction documents, renderings, and visualizations from BIM models.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective BIM utilization.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the firm's BIM strategy.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within BIM models.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in BIM coordination and management.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems coordination.
- Experience in developing BIM Execution Plans.
- Excellent understanding of the construction lifecycle and documentation requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
