**The work:**
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will be at the forefront of implementing agile methodologies within a dynamic team environment. Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to support agile and scrum practices, including planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams across multiple workstreams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in project delivery.
**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Partner with team leads and functional managers to establish and maintain consistent operating rhythms, including planning, stand-ups, demos, retros, and backlog refinement.
+ Lead and continuously improve the OKR management process, ensuring team-level OKRs are aligned, visible, and reviewed consistently.
+ Act as a delivery partner to managers and product owners, supporting delivery governance, roadmap cadence, and change adoption.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience in driving business agility and transformation
+ Prior experience with client facing responsibilities such as tracking requirements and presenting to senior leaders
**Preferred Qualifications:**

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and influential Lead Scrum Master & Agile Coach to drive agile adoption and excellence across their distributed teams. This is a fully remote position, requiring a candidate who thrives in a virtual collaboration environment and can inspire high performance from afar. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, servant leadership, and agile best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding multiple teams through complex transformations, mentoring Scrum Masters, and removing organizational impediments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for multiple teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles.
  • Coach and mentor existing Scrum Masters, fostering their growth and effectiveness.
  • Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress and productivity at both the team and organizational levels.
  • Promote agile principles and values throughout the organization, championing a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and release planning.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration, especially in a remote setting.
  • Design and deliver agile training and workshops to various levels of the organization.
  • Measure and report on team performance and agile maturity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and tools.
  • Act as a change agent, driving cultural shifts towards greater agility and self-organization.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I or higher.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in agile coaching and Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Extensive experience coaching multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Proven ability to facilitate complex discussions and resolve conflicts within teams and across the organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in establishing and maturing Communities of Practice for Scrum Masters and agile practitioners.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and agile transformations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and guide multiple Scrum teams in adhering to agile principles, practices, and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance their agile maturity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a Senior role or acting as an Agile Coach.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe certifications, or Agile Coach certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-office interactions as needed.
This position requires regular presence in our Fort Worth, Texas, US office for team collaboration and strategic meetings, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
