**The work:**
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will be at the forefront of implementing agile methodologies within a dynamic team environment. Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to support agile and scrum practices, including planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams across multiple workstreams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in project delivery.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ You will be expected to utilize your analytical skills to assess project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions.
+ Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks will be crucial in maintaining the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
+ To excel in this position, you should be well-versed in agile frameworks and possess a strong understanding of scrum principles.
+ Contribute to coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical leads, product owners, and delivery teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and self-organizing behaviors to improve performance, strengthen Agile fluency, and ensure alignment with Agile values, best practices, and principles
+ Partner with team leads and functional managers to establish and maintain consistent operating rhythms, including planning, stand-ups, demos, retros, and backlog refinement.
+ Lead and continuously improve the OKR management process, ensuring team-level OKRs are aligned, visible, and reviewed consistently.
+ Act as a delivery partner to managers and product owners, supporting delivery governance, roadmap cadence, and change adoption.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience in driving business agility and transformation
+ Prior experience with client facing responsibilities such as tracking requirements and presenting to senior leaders
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Certifications preferred are and of the following: PMI Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Practitioner (PMP), SAFe Agilist, AgilePM, Agile Coach, ICP-ATF or ICP-AC

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
