We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant - Quality & Regulatory Solutions to support our Life Sciences business. Responsibilities :
- Partner with Client Executives and Solution Sales/Brand Specialists to drive complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
- Participate in assigned opportunity planning and strategy for successful adoption of the Quality & Regulatory solution portfolio
- Conduct robust discovery sessions virtually or through in-person plant walk-throughs to define customer's critical business issues and strategically position the value of Quality & Regulatory solutions
- Manage the technical strategy internally with the sales team and externally align with customer executives on joint execution plans to ensure successful demos/workshops/ proof of concepts/pilots and other evaluations
- Prepare and deliver presentations to quality and regulatory management representatives (QA Engineers, QA/RA Managers, VP of QA/RA etc.) from a user to a C-level perspective
- Coordinate product demonstrations of our quality and regulatory solutions with other 3DS solutions and architect how these solutions fit into a customer's system and process landscape
- Work with client contacts and build a Trusted Advisor relationship to help develop Technical Point of View documents - technical infrastructure, business processes, competitive landscape etc.
- Drive technical/functional responses regarding Request for Information as well as Request for Proposals (RFI and RFP)Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Business Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, Professional Services etc. to ensure a streamlined sales process
- Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or Computer Science, other relevant education or equivalent years of experience in quality/regulatory management
- Knowledge of quality and regulatory management processes (CAPAs, Nonconformance management, Audits, Document management/transformation etc.) through a combination of industry experience and/or education
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences industry and/or quality/regulatory operations or equivalent experience in other enterprise systems
- Knowledge/Experience in pre-sales/sales engineering processes (Discovery, Demos, POCs, Value definition and modeling, RFP/RFI responses)
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - be highly self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a larger team

**Required Qualifications:**

The Principal Solution Architect (PSA) is a field-based technical pre-sales role that focuses on developing comprehensive IBM solutions for CDW customers.
