Requirements

**Job Description:**
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to help manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. In this role you will, work to drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery, as well as measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames. The person who fills this role will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements
+ Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements
+ Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security
+ Collaborates with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc)
+ Escalation Point for technical issues
+ Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform
+ End to End Technical Solution
**Here's what you need:**
+ 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
+ Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
+ Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
**Bonus points if you have:**
+ Additional ServiceNow certification
+ SAFe/Agile certification
+ Implementations in cloud environments
**Security Clearance:**
+ Active TS/SCI is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
