General Summary:

Oversee the organization, tracking, and distribution of tools and materials for Hooper’s Fabrication Shop and jobsites. This role requires close collaboration with office staff, jobsite foremen, division leaders, and management to ensure resources are delivered accurately and on time.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, document tools and consumables, inspect and repair equipment, and keep calibration records updated.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify tool needs, coordinate with the Trucking Supervisor on deliveries, and process material requests for staging.
• Review the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet standards, maintain inventory of items in the tool crib, and inventory tools returned from jobsites.
• Perform occasional deliveries to job sites and assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills; high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills required.
• Maintains a good driving record for occasional travel to job sites.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and vendors.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with strong experience in enterprise IT automation with a preference for background in architectural and engineering (AEC) industry's technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in streamlining infrastructure operations, optimizing software deployments, and automating workflows to support design, modeling, and project delivery platforms across architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 3 days per week in our Chicago office, and 2 days remote from home. Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency, scalability, and consistency of IT systems across all internal applications and AEC project environments.
+ Develop scripts and custom tools to automate common tasks including software deployment (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), license management, and digital twin integrations.
+ Manage and enhance IT toolsets used for monitoring, system provisioning, configuration management, and job scheduling.
+ Collaborate with BIM, VDC, and design technology teams to ensure seamless automation across platforms like Hexagon Smart Plant, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, Bentley Open Plant, or similar platforms.
+ Create standardized, reusable automation workflows for software packaging, workstation provisioning, cloud operations, on-premises server operations, server patching, and remote collaboration environments.
+ Integrate disparate systems and tools using scripting, APIs, and automation platforms.
+ Lead and contribute to projects focused on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation.
+ Work closely with IT operations, security, and development teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
+ Monitor the performance and availability of on-premises and cloud virtual desktop infrastructure such as VMs, Hypervisors, Desktop clients (VMWare Horizon, Citrix etc.), storage systems, and critical network and security components.
+ Maintain clear documentation of systems architecture, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
+ Support compliance with IT governance, security, and data management policies relevant to large-scale infrastructure and federated project environments.
+ Mentor junior engineers and assist in building automation standards and best practices across the IT team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in IT automation, with a minimum of 1-2 years supporting AEC software environments.
+ Strong scripting ability with PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate system and application workflows.
+ Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, SCCM, or Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, or similar.
+ Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
+ Familiarity with deploying and managing Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks), Bluebeam, Rhino, or Bentley software (MicroStation, ProjectWise), or Hexagon software (Smart 3D, Smart PID etc.).
+ Experience with IT monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds) and license server management (e.g., FlexNet).
+ Experience with virtualization and VDI (VMware Horizon, Citrix) commonly used for AEC workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) used in AEC design delivery, including file collaboration and rendering workloads.
+ Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
+ Exposure to scripting automation for project collaboration platforms like BIM 360 or ACC.
Soft Skills:
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in fast-paced project environments.
+ Strong communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and IT stakeholders.

The Digital Tools Product Manager is a key member of the Flow Controls' Global PMO Digital Process Execution (DPX) team who has product design and feature delivery ownership for the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS). The Product Manager is responsible for translating business needs into a configuration design that aligns with the DPX program vision, drives global standards, and provides process and productivity improvements across the business. This includes increasing applications integration and data access, improving user experience, and adding value as defined by the business.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Align with and contribute to the organization's vision and strategy for the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS).
+ Collaborate with business, IT, program leadership, and other stakeholders to:
+ Understand and document business needs, pain points, and processes and translate them into product requirements.
+ Develop solution designs based on business / product requirements that improve processes, increase productivity and automation, and create global alignment.
+ Create detailed designs that capture required data, streamline and harmonize work and data flows, and provide an improved user experience.
+ Develop, document, and manage detailed product requirements (e.g., epics, features, user flows and stories, integrations, etc.) and the product roadmap.
+ Understand trade-offs and refine requirements to meet product release goals. 
+ Work to identify and resolve product issues.
+ Drive collaboration across business and technical teams to ensure requirements, designs, and solutions are cohesive and meet enterprise needs.
+ Manage or support the Agile development process including creation of epics, features, user stories, and sprint goals; prioritization of backlog items; and release planning.
+ Serve as Scrum master and/or manage items in Azure DevOps as needed.
+ Monitor delivery progress, remove impediments, and escalate issues when needed to ensure commitments are met.
+ Oversee or support user acceptance testing; ensure final product meets requirements, expectations, and delivers value to the business.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement without direct line reporting authority.
+ Provide regular leadership updates on program progress, risks, and dependencies to program leadership, executive sponsors, and steering committees.
+ Support vendor management by assessing quality and delivery from external partners.
+ Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security guidelines.
+ Work closely with world area stakeholders to ensure existing programs are continually adding value and meeting the changing business objectives.
+ Identify improvements, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and prioritize new features and enhancements.
+ Contribute to the development of project plans and business case analysis.
+ Support development of training and implementation plans and execution of those plans.
+ Promote awareness and adoption of Global PMO digital tools and capabilities.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology-related field or similar.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience

+ Strong communication and team building skills.
+ Ability to travel domestically and globally as needed (up to 20%).
+ Flexibility to work hours / attend meetings aligned with global team working hours.

The Digital Tools Program Manager leads the discovery, design, planning, and execution of digital tool programs and corresponding sub-projects within the Global Project Management Office's Digital Process Execution (DPX) organization in support of Flow Controls' quote-to-cash business processes. The successful candidate will lead global cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes, ensure successful project delivery, and drive transformation change within the organization.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Manage programs and sub-projects within the Flow Controls' Global PMO DPX organization, mainly related to the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS) using Oracle's Primavera software suite.
+ Lead global and cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs, process improvements, and functional and technical requirements to develop digital tool capabilities to support business objectives.
+ Work with functional, IT, and Global PMO stakeholders and vendors to design solutions that meet the business needs and corporate standards while also balancing cost with functionality, interoperability, and flexibility.
+ Oversee or lead digital tool design, configuration/development, and user testing.
+ Work closely with the implementation leader and project teams to develop implementation and training strategies, plans, and communications and support implementation to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
+ Develop and maintain program management plans including resource, license, communication, risk management, and change management plans.
+ Develop and maintain program-level schedules through all phases and identify and manage dependencies.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, manage resources, and drive teams to meet the planned scope and timelines.
+ Monitor progress according to the program / project plans and schedules and proactively identify and manage issues and risks. Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
+ Identify resources and commitment needed, and work with resource managers to gain support and secure resources for projects.
+ Work closely with the DPX Director and others to align methodologies, processes, global designs, integrations, data harmonization, testing, training, and user support.
+ Identify and quantify benefits and costs for digital tools and technologies and support the AR process to secure funding.
+ Prepare for and provide regular communications and reporting to program leadership, executive sponsors, business leaders, and stakeholders.
+ Contribute to Global PMO newsletter and portal content.
+ Work with the DPX Director and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities, analyze requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on cost benefit analysis and ROI.
+ Support objectives of the Global PMO and promote awareness and acceptance of digital tools and capabilities with global stakeholders.

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer to be located in the Colorado Springs. Responsibilities of the position will primarily include implementing features and developing a new backend system that the program uses from the ground up, known as Forge. This system is designed to be a supplemental backend tool to help alleviate the difficulties of using the other backend systems that are currently on the program. Other responsibilities include assistance and upkeep of the program's CI/CD pipeline, which uses in-house scripts and applications to ensure a streamlined, easy approach to expanded integration testing within the large system of applications that are used within the program. Outside of this responsibility, other ones include things such as GitLab merge request management, assisting other teams with problems/bugs/etc that come from issues from the tools provided by the Tools Team, and handling issues that arise related to the team that are considered high priority, known as PRs.
