**Job Purpose**
The Industrial Technician is responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of a wide range of hand tools used in our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with hand tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.
**What you will do.**
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance and repair activities.

The Digital Tools Product Manager is a key member of the Flow Controls' Global PMO Digital Process Execution (DPX) team who has product design and feature delivery ownership for the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS). The Product Manager is responsible for translating business needs into a configuration design that aligns with the DPX program vision, drives global standards, and provides process and productivity improvements across the business. This includes increasing applications integration and data access, improving user experience, and adding value as defined by the business.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Align with and contribute to the organization's vision and strategy for the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS).
+ Collaborate with business, IT, program leadership, and other stakeholders to:
+ Understand and document business needs, pain points, and processes and translate them into product requirements.
+ Develop solution designs based on business / product requirements that improve processes, increase productivity and automation, and create global alignment.
+ Create detailed designs that capture required data, streamline and harmonize work and data flows, and provide an improved user experience.
+ Develop, document, and manage detailed product requirements (e.g., epics, features, user flows and stories, integrations, etc.) and the product roadmap.
+ Understand trade-offs and refine requirements to meet product release goals.

The Digital Tools Program Manager leads the discovery, design, planning, and execution of digital tool programs and corresponding sub-projects within the Global Project Management Office's Digital Process Execution (DPX) organization in support of Flow Controls' quote-to-cash business processes. The successful candidate will lead global cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes, ensure successful project delivery, and drive transformation change within the organization.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Manage programs and sub-projects within the Flow Controls' Global PMO DPX organization, mainly related to the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS) using Oracle's Primavera software suite.
+ Lead global and cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs, process improvements, and functional and technical requirements to develop digital tool capabilities to support business objectives.
+ Work with functional, IT, and Global PMO stakeholders and vendors to design solutions that meet the business needs and corporate standards while also balancing cost with functionality, interoperability, and flexibility.
+ Oversee or lead digital tool design, configuration/development, and user testing.

+ Contribute to Global PMO newsletter and portal content.

Responsibilities of the position will primarily include implementing features and developing a new backend system that the program uses from the ground up, known as Forge. This system is designed to be a supplemental backend tool to help alleviate the difficulties of using the other backend systems that are currently on the program. Other responsibilities include assistance and upkeep of the program's CI/CD pipeline, which uses in-house scripts and applications to ensure a streamlined, easy approach to expanded integration testing within the large system of applications that are used within the program.
