We're seeking a Principal Front-End UI Engineer to help accelerate the delivery of impactful, associate-facing applications and experiences within the People Tech pillar of EBS.
In this role, you'll lead the full software development lifecycle-from ideation and design to execution, delivery, and continuous iteration. As a technical leader, you'll define and uphold engineering standards, champion process improvements, and drive engineering excellence across the team.
You will be at the forefront of designing and developing complex, scalable front-end features with a strong focus on reusability, maintainability, and long-term system health. Deep expertise in React for web and React Native for mobile platforms is essential. We're seeking a Principal Front-End UI Engineer to help accelerate the delivery of impactful, associate-facing applications and experiences within the People Tech pillar of EBS.
In this role, you'll lead the full software development lifecycle-from ideation and design to execution, delivery, and continuous iteration. As a technical leader, you'll define and uphold engineering standards, champion process improvements, and drive engineering excellence across the team.
You will be at the forefront of designing and developing complex, scalable front-end features with a strong focus on reusability, maintainability, and long-term system health. Deep expertise in React for web and React Native for mobile platforms is essential.
