+ Build scalable solutions that fully leverage the Hubspot CMS ecosystem including forms, workflows, custom objects, CTA's, and personalization through contact record properties
+ Develop templates and modules that enable content authors to self-serve publishing
+ Transform designs delivered via Figma into responsive web experiences
+ Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve web development efficiency, content personalization, and user experience
+ Collaborate with business owners, solution architects, data analysts and engineering counterparts in prioritizing, testing, and deploying web solutions

+ Leverage source control, documentation, and project management tools to be well managed

**What You Have**
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
+ 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on CMS development (Hubspot, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar)

+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

GDIT is seeking a Web Development Manager to lead the engineering team delivering a new healthcare portal and data platform built on a modern Azure-native stack. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality applications and data solutions in compliance with FedRAMP and HIPAA requirements.
The Web Development Manager will oversee a cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, SQL/SSIS, and Power BI developers, working closely with architects, product owners, and DevOps engineers to ensure timely and secure delivery of mission-critical solutions.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary development team, including: Front-End Developers (React, Section 508, USWDS), Back-End Developers (Azure Functions, APIM, SQL), SQL/SSIS Developers (ETL pipelines, on-prem to Azure migrations), Power BI Developers (reports, dashboards, semantic models)
+ Oversee the design, development, and delivery of solutions built on: React front-end, Azure APIM, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Power BI.
+ Manage development processes, including code reviews, branching strategies, and quality gates.
+ Partner with DevOps to enforce CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, ensuring automated builds, testing, and deployments.
+ Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, HIPAA, FISMA, and internal security and governance policies.
+ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma mockups into responsive, accessible applications.
+ Ensure all solutions meet Section 508 accessibility and USWDS requirements where applicable.
+ Direct and support data integration efforts, including ETL migrations from on-prem SQL/SSIS to Azure SQL/Data Factory.
+ Guide Power BI development efforts, including report performance tuning, governance, and security model alignment.
+ Track progress using Agile methodologies in JIRA, ensuring backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
+ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, architects, and leadership.
+ Promote continuous improvement in engineering practices, testing, and delivery.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
+ 8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a lead or manager role.
+ Strong background in Azure cloud services (Functions, SQL, Data Factory, Power BI, APIM).

The likely salary range for this position is $110,614 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

**What You'll Contribute**
The Manager, Web Development will be responsible for full stack web development execution and ensuring the successful launch of functionality to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals for the unauthenticated Sallie.com experience and other Education Services marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be an experienced content management system (CMS) web developer with a track record of successfully deploying projects, adhering to development best practices, and working closely with cross functional teams to identify & meet business needs.
**What You'll Do**
+ Build scalable solutions that fully leverage the Hubspot CMS ecosystem including forms, workflows, custom objects, CTA's, and personalization through contact record properties
+ Develop templates and modules that enable content authors to self-serve publishing
+ Transform designs delivered via Figma into responsive web experiences
+ Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve web development efficiency, content personalization, and user experience
+ Collaborate with business owners, solution architects, data analysts and engineering counterparts in prioritizing, testing, and deploying web solutions
+ Communicate complex development concepts to non-technical stakeholders
+ Leverage source control, documentation, and project management tools to be well managed
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in web development & technology, applying them to our business as appropriate

**What You Have**
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
+ 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on CMS development (Hubspot, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar)
+ 2+ years of experience with the Hubspot CMS platform demonstrating an ability to tackle web development challenges within the constraints of an established framework
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
+ Knowledge of source control (Github, BitBucket), API's, and modern development tools

+ Experience with the following programming languages: JavaScript, HubL, HTML5, CSS3
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

+ Experience with the following programming languages: Python, JSON, React
+ Knowledge of tag management and familiarity with Google Tag Manager
