Role Overview
BFT Coaches are highly accredited fitness pros who enjoy: actively coaching, building a community; motivating, guiding, and investing energy in each of our members' journeys. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and/or support the lead coach to teach pre-designed periodized and progressive sessions/workouts with groups of up to 36 diverse members in a fun, high energy, and up-scale studio atmosphere
Be an active participant and hands-on coach in session, providing form cues, demos, and instruction to promote great movement and form across hundreds of functional and supporting exercises
Create energizing class sessions, and connect with members on their individual goals and physical needs/challenges as they pursue great health gains!
Understand and communicate each class intent and session flow to be able to create a safe, fun and positive experience for each member in every class. Anticipate session challenges and be prepared with individual and group modifications.
Excel at knowing members names and capabilities, and be able to group them in sessions with peers to ensure the most motivating experience.
Support a warm welcome environment for all members, and assist in sales conversions by providing high touch personal attention for first time visitors and prospects, and communicate insights and learnings to the Sales team
Promote BFT messaging and make announcements before, during and after class to evangelize our brand and training style, and to build BFT session attendance, member retention and referrals
Assist the studio management by looking out for and raising/correcting issues in the studio that can create poor member experiences. Listen with empathy for, and address or relay, member concerns
Support grassroots community events, representing BFT coaching and inspiring people to take a trial class with us
Collaborate effectively and consistently with fellow coaches, Sales and studio Leadership to create a team environment in pursuit of our goals and mission.
Attend team meetings and required training activities, keep certifications current and have a learning mindset
Assist in studio setup, and take part in cleaning and sanitizing the studio to keep our reputation as the cleanest gym our members have seen!
Be reliable and on-time for classes. Communicate responsively your availability for shifts, vacations, etc. Be 100% present and focused while Coaching sessions
Assist with studio marketing and growth each week taking - action shots of members in our studio, videos of group activity, and promoting members success toward their goals on socuak media. Post training tips, share BFT posts and content with your followers, help promote our community!
Qualifications:
Passion for delivering an exceptional boutique fitness experience is a must as is a passion for strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and an array of functional equipment.
4-year degree strongly preferred, ideally in a fitness-related field.
Demonstrated ability to connect with and motivate clients/members, knowing their goals and providing health and fitness coaching. Ability to create a positive inspirational environment that engages people of all types. Charismatic, energetic, and motivating in a group environment.
Nationally recognized PT certification with active CPR/AED certs. 1-year or more prior coaching experience in a group setting preferred

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the QPC Program Manager, as part of the QPC team, the Visitation/Coaching staff assigned to Quality Parenting Center (QPC) will be responsible for supervising visits between biological parents/caregivers and their children. The supervised visits will be done in accordance with the QPC model endorsed by the DCF. Staff will be responsible for the pre/post meeting, the real-time coaching of parents, and all necessary documentation. The QPC is a community based service, using a parent empowerment model, serving DCF involved families who have had their children removed and placed in foster or relative/kinship care. The QPC is a supervised visitation model. The position requires considerable knowledge of child welfare/CPS practices, dynamics, legal issues, and support systems. Visitation/Coaching Staff will participate in all trainings provided by DCF for the QPC model.

Accountable and responsible for the following results:
- Visiting coaches will be responsible for the facilitation of all child/parent visits post DCF removal.

Description: Develop business relationships so that employment opportunities are available for clients. Facilitate the placement and retention of clients in the vocational environment. Counsel and aid the client is obtaining and sustaining social services. Advocate on behalf of the client. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Review, determine and coordinate or provide necessary services for client so that social/ Vocational integration occurs. Actions may include interviewing and evaluating services needed based on client's profile, formulating treatment plans and goals, arranging for or personally carrying out treatment plans and assisting client in obtaining services. 2. Develop client specific jobs by matching client skill, knowledge and abilities to complementary career paths. Research and solicit employers possessing such occupations to hire clients. 3. Assist employers with training issues to ensure the client receives appropriate job knowledge and skills training. Determine, suggest and/ or arrange for adaptive devices, mentoring or other necessary instructive to complement job training or career development 4. Develop and utilize natural supports, both on and off the job, to secure vocational success. Source out, implement or facilitate a sustaining transportation system, human support/network system or other reference sources to nurture client socialization. 5. Complete all documentation necessary to support billing of services, following regulatory or HOH instructions. Documents include formulating job success plans, conducting/reviewing situational assessments, performing benefits analysis and disciplinary analysis. 6. Interpret and implement existing DRS and HOH contracts and performance requirements. Keep current with regulatory developments and trends. 7. Assist client in achieving maximum potential and self determination . Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalency 2. Experience: 6 months in service oriented environment ideally in a job development capacity 3. Skills: above average interpersonal, verbal and written communications; basic math; proficiency in using office equipment that includes copier, fax, calculator, and telephone system. 4. Ability: to organize tasks, record and produce accurate work; to exercise sound judgment; periodic travel to various intrastate sites (which may involve over night stay). 5. Valid driver's license; current automotive insurance; dependable transportation; availability to operate vehicle during day/night 6. First Aid/CPR Training (Required). This will include all aspects of completion with compressions on the floor or ground. 7. Required pre-employment drug screen and subject to random, post-accident and reasonable cause drug screens. 8. Willing to work schedules based on individual client needs and overtime as required. 9. Expected to learn and follow the Individual Plan (IP) of clients. 10. Criminal Background free of encumbrances identified by the State of Oklahoma Health Department. 11. Valid driver's license; current automotive insurance; dependable transportation. PHYSICAL/MENTAL: * Office or industrial environment; lifting minimum of 50 pounds; * Comprehension and deductive reasoning; * Responsive to visual stimuli; * Reliable motor skills-use of hands and feet; motor coordination; * Ability to sit, stoop, or stand for prolonged periods of time; * Ability to understand oral and written instructions. 7.
