At SiaXperience, Project Managers lead the planning and execution of complex digital initiatives for large-scale clients, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and new builds progress smoothly through each phase of the development lifecycle.
Your Impact
- Web Platform Orchestrator: You’ll manage the full lifecycle of web-based platforms—not only launches, but also the ongoing updates and enhancements they require.
- Workflow Manager: About half your time will be spent overseeing and updating a large-scale Airtable tracker for a global tech client.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, firm or product development environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale website or web application projects from kickoff through deployment.
- Strong understanding of web development lifecycles, including discovery, UX/UI design, engineering, QA/testing, and launch.
- Ability to interpret and manage requirements across technical teams; familiarity with tech stacks and integration flows a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with client-facing experience.
- Skilled in project management tools (Airtable, Kantata, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve technical and workflow challenges.
- Bachelor's Degree required

This role is with Tools for Humanity in our San Francisco office
You will own, transform, and manage all things web-related for the World, Tools for Humanity, and World Foundation brands. You will own website strategy, content, copywriting, search engine optimization (SEO), design, build, maintenance, and improvement. You have strong left and right brain skills that enable you to work with designers on user experience to developers and data scientists to communicate and understand technical requirements. You will work closely within the global marketing team to ensure all website products contribute to and align with the overall brand and deliver a user-centric and approachable experience.
You will partner with diverse internal and external teams (e.g., translations, product, operations, legal, communications, marketing, vendors, etc.), and most importantly, use all your interdisciplinary skills to get things done at a high creative standard.

In this role, you will:
- Strategize, design, and manage several website projects at once for constantly evolving, high-traffic websites in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Create strategic and systemic website roadmaps, and take extreme ownership in the execution and project management including coordinating across content, copy, translations, UI/UX, data, development, etc.
- Lead and execute website content strategy, wireframing, and copywriting
- Lead global SEO efforts (notably growth hacking and website health improvements), providing strategic direction to our agency, overseeing technical and on/off-page implementations with developers, and consistently communicating progress and insights to stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional leadership to be proactive in understanding website,whitepaper, legal, and creative needs
- Working directly with a team of external and internal website design, development, and other creative partners for fast-turnaround website content
- Use your skills in UI/UX or service design to build user friendly, approachable, and educational web experiences that help users understand and learn more about the project
- Build reports to track, analyze, and share website performance against OKRs using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and other website performance tools
- Work with regional marketing teams to understand local website needs and helping to drive or support local web initiatives (e.g., bespoke landing pages for new country launch)
- Occasionally project manage non-website, technically-oriented content projects (e.g., app copywriting, app reskinning)
- Be a self-starter, ready to do whatever it takes to deliver projects on time and at a high creative standard; we are a small team and enjoy flexing our skillsets to help each other
- Finding solutions and options for getting ideas made - from finding the right partner, to figuring out the best internal process to get things done fast
- Use your creative eye to help ensure all web content is aligned with brand and marketing strategy often before being reviewed by leadership
- 5% travel to the field (anywhere in the world) to understand on the ground operations and user needs
- 5-7+ years of experience in website management, content strategy, or UI/UX design and development, or a comparable role
- 3-5+ years experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio and other web performance measurement tools
- 3-5+ years experience with Search Engine Optimization
- 3-5+ years experience in content strategy and copywriting
- Highly organized and able to strategically prioritize multiple workstreams at once
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, experience with C-Suite and Founder stakeholders
- Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment
- Radical end-to-end ownership and resourcefulness
- Practically oriented and “getting-the-job-done” mindset

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $130,000 - $65,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package. About the Role
At SiaXperience, Project Managers lead the planning and execution of complex digital initiatives for large-scale clients, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and new builds progress smoothly through each phase of the development lifecycle. This role is focused on digital products including websites and web applications, requiring a strong grasp of technical workflows, stakeholder alignment, budget management, and end-to-end delivery. You'll be the central coordinator across product, engineering, design, QA, and client teams-driving clarity, managing dependencies, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
Your Impact
- Web Platform Orchestrator: You'll manage the full lifecycle of web-based platforms-not only launches, but also the ongoing updates and enhancements they require. You'll coordinate across designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to define who needs to be involved, estimate effort and timelines, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Workflow Manager: About half your time will be spent overseeing and updating a large-scale Airtable tracker for a global tech client. While detail-oriented and process-heavy, this work is critical to maintaining accuracy, visibility, and trust in the platform's operations.
- Connector Across Teams: You'll bridge communication between clients and internal teams, translating requirements into clear deliverables, reporting back on progress, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Risk Anticipator: You'll proactively identify dependencies, risks, and blockers-resolving issues or escalating early to keep web initiatives on track.

- Ability to interpret and manage requirements across technical teams; familiarity with tech stacks and integration flows a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with client-facing experience.

As a Relationship Manager on the Corporate Web Management Team, you will serve as a critical liaison between cross-functional marketing stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of web channel properties that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating business goals into actionable technical solutions, and managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale web projects. You will work closely with business analysts, development teams, content authors, designers, vendors, strategists, and testing teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams across all lines of business to understand their objectives for web channel properties.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture business goals, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements in collaboration with business analysts and development teams.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale web projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
- Work with business analysts and technical teams to evaluate and prioritize solutions for inclusion in content authoring, design, or functionality development queues.
- Ensure requirements are accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams for implementation.
- Monitor the progress of queued items and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across functions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, project management, or web-based project delivery within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing principles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale web projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- MBA/Advanced degree preferred.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- 3-4 years of working experience as a web development manager.
- 2+ years of working experience as a web developer (either frontend or backend, or both).
- Expert level proficiency in the following platforms:
- Shopify
- Wordpress / Woocommerce
- Drupal
- Proficiencies in both “Agile” and “Waterfall” management styles.
- Proficiencies with project management softwares such as Clickup, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, and/or Basecamp.
- Proficiencies with command-line level version control (Git) and remote server management (SSH)
- Proficiencies with server structures such as Apache or Nginx.
- Proficiencies with Shopify’s Liquid syntax and operations.
- Proficiencies in front-end frameworks, specifically Bootstrap and Zurb.
- Proficiencies in databases such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with extracting assets using Photoshop, XD, or Figma.
- Familiarity with popular hosting servers and platforms such as AWS.
- Familiarity with deployment services and processes such as RightScale.
Nice to haves:
- Proficiencies in setting up development and staging environments.
- Proficiencies with SASS/LESS.
- Proficiencies with build tools and bundlers such as Gulp/WebPack.
- Proficiencies in systems administrative tasks, such as cache setup/configuration, server load balancing, CDN technologies, etc.
