We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee IT compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and industry standards. Your expertise will be vital in assessing, optimizing, and maintaining IT controls to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT and business leadership to understand operational structures and support models.
Provide guidance on IT general controls, policies, and processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Analyze and interpret IT compliance efforts for technology projects, ensuring alignment and optimization of business processes.
Conduct system walkthroughs to assess compliance maturity and identify control gaps.
Develop and oversee the implementation of corrective actions to address compliance deficiencies.
Partner with departments to ensure ongoing standardization and improvement of IT controls frameworks.
Monitor changes in organizational processes to ensure compliance structures evolve accordingly.
Advise on security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Utilize tools like Power BI and SQL to support compliance reporting and analysis.
Manage access control, change management, and system backup procedures to maintain operational integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least seven years of technical experience, including significant exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and auditing.
Certification such as CISA, CISSP, or COBIT required.
Strong knowledge of security standards and controls, including ISO 27001 and COBIT frameworks.
Proficiency in auditing processes, IT controls, and access management.
Experience with tools like Power BI, SQL databases, and operating systems.
Ability to assess compliance maturity and recommend process improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and control equipment throughout the facility
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Support in-house certified maintenance staff in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

What you need to succeed:
- Strong knowledge of electrical field
- Knowledge of all applicable federal, state and other safety regulations and procedures
- Must possess a working knowledge of electrical safety precautions and procedures for example, LOTO, NFPA-70E.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Honeywell, Allen Bradely Powerflex Drives, and/or GE DC Drives preferred.
- Available to work overtime as required.
- Must possess a strong desire and willingness to learn the equipment.
- Decision making and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Must be highly motivated, conscientious, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to direct, inspect, and train in-house maintenance staff
Even better if you have the following:
- Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation plant maintenance to include preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment in an industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, wiring diagrams and specific ability to read work orders and translate them into work plans
- The ability to read and understand electrical schematics, loop sheets, process and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- The ability to understand and troubleshoot various forms of control logic, such as ladder logic, and function block diagrams.
- The ability to use and understand various types of test equipment such as calibration equipment, digital multi-meters, megohmmeters, etc.
- Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.
- A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- A strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.
Some of the equipment is as follows:
- Programmable logic controllers.
- Variable speed drives.
- Various industrial communication protocols.
- Motor control circuits.
- Electrical power distribution equipment such as feeder breakers, switches, transformers, and associated relays.
- AC induction motors, DC motors, AC synchronous motors and controls.
Minimum qualifications to be considered for the job:
- High School or equivalent
- Licensed Master Electrician or Licensed Maintenance Electrician for the state of Minnesota
