We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appliance Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team at our retail location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of home appliances. You will be responsible for managing inventory, sales performance, staff supervision, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
Maintain merchandising standards and a clean, organized showroom
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Requirements

Strong knowledge of home appliances (refrigerators, ovens, washers, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage performance metrics and KPIs
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
