Panoramic Health is hiring a Manager, Benefits + 401k Expertise.

This role is open to full time remote. Will to consider applicants based on location.

Our Manager, Benefits and 401k is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and life insurance, 401k administration, plan design and administration etc.). This position provides excellent customer service and designs quality benefits plans. The Manager, Benefits and 401k continually investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manages direct reports and daily operations for employee benefits plans, plan design, plan administration, benefit programs, and 401k plan design for a fast-paced, rapidly changing organization.
  • Project manager of all new benefit implementations, coordinating with broker, vendors, and benefits enrollment system to ensure timelines are met, plan documents are reviewed, employee communication materials are developed and disseminated, and any testing of files or employee interface is completed to provide an outstanding customer experience for employees.
  • Assists with roll-over requests, death claims, excess deferrals, missed contributions and other administrative and corrective actions.
  • Develops benefits education and engagement campaigns highlighting key vendors and programs.
  • Tracks enrollment and engagement in wellness plans and work with leaders across the business to build employee awareness of programs.
  • In managing benefits program, drive continuous improvement to processes, systems, and overall delivery approach, in strong collaboration with the broker of record.
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert related to benefits center of excellence.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, or related field.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a Benefits Analyst or similar role.
  • 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Your Role

Gensler's office in Chicago is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner, reporting to the Regional HR Director. What You Will Do

  • Act as thought partner to studio leadership and develop talent strategies aligned to business objectives

  • Manage all aspects of employee relations issues and investigations by partnering with leadership

  • Oversee the assessment of talent gaps & needs to ensure roles are filled with the appropriate internal/external talent considerations

  • Facilitate global mobility of employees with transfer, relocation, and visa processing

We're looking for a confident, solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. What You’ll Do: As the go-to expert for employee relations, you will: Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to managers and employees on a variety of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and workplace concerns with fairness, consistency, and discretion. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the broader HR team to develop proactive solutions, programs, and training. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and best practices. Assist in developing and refining HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and employee engagement.
