EDUCATION:

Work collaboratively with the Infrastructure Manager to install, configure, monitor, and maintain a Windows Server environment. Need extensive experience planning, installing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, VMware, and SAN storage sys.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows server hardware and software infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security and performance.
- Implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from attacks.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems to minimize downtime.
- Regularly updating systems with the latest patches and upgrades to protect aProductst vulnerabilities.
- Performing routine backup operations and implementing appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Managing Active Directory/Azure AD, including group policy creation, user account management, and domain security protocols.
- Monitoring and managing VMware virtual environment.
- Creating and maintaining documentation regarding system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
