Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

The SNAPP Truck Load MMPM team is responsible for the performance management of third-party carriers and is divided into AFI, AFE and AFLTL. We meet our customers where they are to identify opportunities and gaps in their expectations and experience. We perform tactical actions to address defects and determine root causes. We leverage strategic thinking and activities to identify areas of friction and work to resolve complex problems with solutions that scale.
Amazon Freight Internal (AFI) is responsible for moving freight from Vendor or Shipper to an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Amazon Freight External (AFE) is responsible for moving freight from Vendor to Vendor or to an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Amazon Freight Less than TruckLoad (AFLTL) is responsible for moving freight from multiple Amazon Vendors and Sellers, consolidating them at a cross dock and then continue into the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
