The Opportunity As the Blue Prism Project Manager, you would be responsible for managing the delivery of individual process automations in line with the SS&C Blue Prism Delivery Methodology. Oversee the detailed tasks necessary to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon delivery methodology, and that solutions consistently meet business requirements. This role involves ensuring business needs are understood at each stage of the delivery cycle, producing accurate cost and resource estimates, managing delivery against budgets, identifying risks and dependencies, and effectively managing these across internal departments as required to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities and Duties Planning & Tracking: Accurate planning and tracking of Define, Design, Configure and Test deliverables and ensuring stakeholders are regularly updated on status and progress. Business Alignment: Ensure business needs are understood and incorporated into every step of the delivery cycle, ensuring SS&C Blue Prism solutions meet business customer requirements. Remove Blockers & Escalation: Identify and remove blockers to delivery and escalate issues when necessary. Risk & Dependency Management: Identify risks and dependencies within process delivery, managing these across internal teams and SS&C Blue Prism to maintain timely and effective delivery. Cost & Resource Estimation: Produce accurate cost and resource estimates, delivering against agreed budgets, and maintain transparent financials in line with finance best practices. Change Management: Manage changes during the delivery of RPA solutions, ensuring proper change control procedures are followed. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality criteria are met throughout all phases of delivery. System Requirement Compliance: Ensure that RPA solutions meet system requirements and function as expected. Requirements Strong background of 10+ years in software delivery and project management. Experience with delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches. Knowledge and experience in business change management, as well as change control procedures. Job Summary:

• The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop, implement, maintain and help the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management.

• It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems.

• IT Shared Services is to improve the business performance of Bechtel, specifically Bechtel Business Service, Corporate HR, Corporate Finance and US Craft IR functional organizations, by delivering high quality Application Operations and Security, Information Management, Reporting and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Legal Document Management and IT Portfolio Services for Corporate System. • Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years supporting clients in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance, including UiPath(required).

• 2+ years' experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java.

• US citizenship is required.

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

• Prior experience automating Oracle ERP and SAP applications along with other technologies.

• Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation content and delivery skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Results-oriented with judicious-thinking and a sense of urgency.

• Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.

• Strong applied knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots (both on-premises and cloud environments).

• Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other technologies as required to improve operational efficiency and lead production level automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.

• Ability to work directly with functional stakeholders, translate needs, and propose automation solutions with clear ROI.
