The Business Intelligence Analyst must be able to produce in-depth business intelligence solutions for management and our clients. Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, develop and maintain BI tools and reports, and communicate findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and has a proven ability to translate complex information into clear and concise recommendations.
Responsibilities:
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
+ Develop and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and reports that visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
+ Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
+ Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 5 + years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data analysis role.
+ Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
+ Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
+ Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
+ Experience with statistical modeling and data mining techniques.
+ Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certified Data Analyst).
