SUMMARY

The Call Center Customer Service Representative represents the company, and our people make all the difference in our success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer inbound calls from members with questions about medical claims, benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization.

An average of 40+ calls are expected daily.

You are expected to take calls back-to-back while toggling through several applications on multiple screens.

Always remain customer-focused to meet tailored needs, providing positive outcomes for our members' well-being.

Resolve customer complaints through independent problem-solving skills and one-call resolution.

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing accurate information to callers with a courteous and professional demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of customer service experience is required.

A dedicated workspace with no distractions is required.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and helpful even when dealing with difficult situations.

Foster teamwork and partnership with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 19 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

**Role Summary**
The Dedicated Wellbeing Strategist is responsible for developing short- and long-term wellbeing strategies to support a culture of health for a Government/Education client, utilizing Cigna and third-party resources to influence and support the implementation and growth of wellbeing programs. **Responsibilities:**
+ Partner and collaborate with Cigna account team, the Client, and vendor partners to develop, communicate, and execute a wellbeing strategy that supports healthy behaviors and drives healthy outcomes.
+ Conduct regular assessments of key analytics, track impact, and evaluate strategy to determine progress and evolution toward a culture of wellbeing; communicate findings to internal leaders and external stakeholders.
+ Develop an intimate understanding of the client's culture and identify opportunities to embed wellbeing into diverse client environments.
