The role of the Delivery Operations Specialist is to ensure a smooth and seamless process leading to an exceptional customer experience for every delivery within their studio. This role will be responsible for preparing the vehicles for delivery, prepping necessary customer paperwork with a focus on highest degree of accuracy, and helping execute all steps necessary throughout the delivery day. The Delivery Operations Specialist role combines operations and customer service requiring a high degree of detail orientation and passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.

Quality Assurance
  • Perform and verify vehicle intake inspection and ensure inbound cars comply with quality standards per Lucid's defined quality intake assessment
  • Liaise with Service team in case of required repair work
Delivery Support
  • Prepare vehicle and delivery area for the customer delivery experience
  • Print, prepare, audit, and upload required paperwork to complete delivery and register vehicle
  • Support Delivery Associate with ceremony
  • Supporting delivery orientations as required
  • Assist with daily operations as needed
Inventory Management
  • Monitor and manage the locations physical vehicle inventory by partnering with internal allocations team to inform of needs and gaps.
  • Ensure inventory is well-maintained and appealing
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory vehicle requests as needed
Logistics Coordination
  • Track status of built-to-order / inbound inventory vehicles and work with logistics and transportation teams in case of delays
  • Update Sales team on status of vehicle readiness
  • Requesting and tracking final mile vehicle requests for customer transport or relocations
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in operations or support role.
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on providing great experiences by improving efficiencies.

Job Description
The, VP, Compensation Delivery & Operations role will lead the successful delivery of our compensation programs, including, base pay, annual incentive plans, stock plan, annual sales incentive (sip) administration to ensure service excellence. This role is responsible for the overall administration and operations of compensation programs at Mastercard, working closely with the rewards design team, external vendors, and internal Shared Service Center and P&C technology stakeholders, to optimize processes, manage risk, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Portfolio Delivery & Operations Specialist with our client located in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage day-to-day delivery, small projects, and dashboard reporting, serving as a go-to for leadership and a point of contact for internal teams
  • Support the PMO leadership by driving the execution of key projects and enhancing PMO operations
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively while maintaining operational excellence within the PMO function
  • Oversee and track progress of selected high-visibility projects and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery is on schedule and aligned to scope and budget
  • Provide consolidated updates and insights to PMO leadership
  • Maintain and evolve PMO frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices
  • Coordinate PMO dashboards, KPIs, resource utilization, and reporting cadences
  • Support regular portfolio reviews, steering committees, and compliance activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure strategic alignment
  • Support quarterly and annual planning activities across the project portfolio
  • Assist in team onboarding, training programs, and communication efforts

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in project delivery or PMO roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Project Online, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proactive self-starter who can navigate both delivery and process-oriented tasks with precision
  • IT-savvy, fast-paced, and confident, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles, KPIs, and operational frameworks
  • Comfortable working onsite, independently, and within a highly metric-driven environment
  • Leadership mindset and ability to drive execution are key

Desired skills:
  • Oracle Procurement & PPM experience
  • PMP, or similar certification



Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $126,000.00
