- Design, implement, and manage a developmentally appropriate and inclusive educational curriculum for young children, following Head Start Program Performance Standards, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Conduct parent conferences within specified timelines.
- Work with parents to set and achieve individual child goals.
- Keep up-to-date with weekly lesson plans, progress notes, anecdotal records, and necessary paperwork.
- Perform child screenings and assessments within the required timeframe.
