We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning with experience in taxable trust Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist the firm in all stages of personal injury cases from inception to settlement in the State of Idaho.
Duties:- Conduct client intakes - Drafting Estate plans including taxable trusts Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Experience in drafting Estate Plans and Trusts- Proficiency in document preparation- Knowledge of Estate and Elder law in Idaho- Ability to work with clientsRequirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Estate Planning and Taxable Trusts- Sole practitioners welcome and encouraged to apply
- Strong drafting of Estate Plans and Trusts and Elder law
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
- Self-starter and able to work independently
