Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments with customers
• Meet and greet customers
• The Service Advisor will work with customer and technician to identify required maintenance utilizing historical service data
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
• Estimate cost of mechanical, electric, or other repairs
• Enter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided
• Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
• Address customer's questions/needs promptly and professionally
• Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled

Requirements - Service Advisor:

The successful candidate MUST HAVE a passion and knowledge base for the sport of volleyball and especially the NCAA power four conference level. You will be asked to produce high-quality content that brings in new subscribers and also connects our existing/growing college audience to our website content. The College Beat Writer should be prepared to produce 4 articles p/ week (they can be interviews or general articles with quotes). Main articles are normally 4ish paragraphs. They will also be expected to work quickly to meet deadlines, but can also set flexible hours, but will be expected to follow breaking news if at all possible.

Pay is based on content produced each month*
