We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer to bring their expert game design skills to help build a new game within our Narrative studio, the team behind the hit mobile game Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with top industry talent and take ownership of the development process from initial concept to final product. RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive the design and development of new gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.

What you will do:
- Coordinate, implement, and own polished gameplay scenarios, in-game cinematics, and AI behaviors
- Collaborate with the Design team to conceptualize, prototype, implement, tune, and balance gameplay mechanics and systems
- Communicate with animation, programming, and art departments to effectively produce the assets and code support required for systems or set-ups

We're looking for a Lead Game Designer to help bring a music-driven interactive experience to life. This is a project hire role, ideal for someone excited about working at the intersection of gameplay, music, and creative storytelling. You'll lead the design for interactive concert events that blend rhythm, storytelling, and action gameplay, bringing fans closer to a beloved musical artist through boundary-pushing design and immersive interactivity. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, internal teams, and the client to define and drive the gameplay experience, from first prototype to final polish. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused: you'll mentor designers, maintain documentation, and guide the team through iteration, prototyping, and refinement.
