AT&T has an opening for a NOC Analyst to provide remote support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), in providing Network Operations in a 24x7x365 environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

This role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Provide alarm monitoring/response, any needed escalation and resolution of incidents and mentoring of junior analysts through incident resolution process.

  • Troubleshoot network systems when necessary and make improvements to the network.

  • Take technical lead of critical network incidents and drive internal and external resources in troubleshooting efforts

  • Manage and administer a range of network operations tools applications to include Juniper firewalls, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco WLAN, Extreme Management Center (XMC) and Extreme NAC.

  • Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting network performance.

  • Experience with operating and maintaining a Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture.

  • Experience working with cloud-based networks.

  • Support all operational security requirements for network devices and network operations tools applications

Support of the following NOC functional areas that include, but are not limited to:

  • Wireless LAN

  • Firewall management

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address management

  • Domain Name Server (DNS) administration Understand dynamic multipoint VPNs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Establish plans and goals for self that meet the customer current or future project's needs

  • Prepare or participate in preparing NOC performance reports as required

  • Monitor, create, edit, and enforce all standard operating procedures, processes and timelines

Required Clearance:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • 5 years of experience in IT support or related field, preferability in network engineering or operations

  • 2 years of experience providing network support in one or more of the following areas:

  • Wireless Access Point (enterprise level) Management and Administration

  • Cisco ISE 3.0 (or later) configuration of access/authorization policies

  • Cisco CCNA or Cisco CCNP certification, required within 60 days of start - non-waivable

  • At least one of the following networking certifications by day one of hire:

  • Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions v2.0 (300-415)

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to provide consulting and support services within the planning and scheduling function.

Responsibilities:

* Understand and apply construction industry standard scheduling best practices.
* Develop and maintain high-level master schedules to manage projects through design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
* Generate and update detailed project schedules based on drawing reviews and input from project stakeholders.
* Review contractor construction schedules for compliance with contract requirements, use of scheduling best practices, progress, and changes.

Qualifications

* Scheduling experience on at least one (1) project with a minimum cost of $5,000,000.
* Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
* Experience with developing, maintaining, and reviewing project schedules, including experience with cost and resource loading.
* Capable of reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings.
* Experience being in the field during construction.
* Knowledge of project management information system (PMIS) implementation.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Understand and apply construction industry standard scheduling best practices.

+ Develop and maintain high-level master schedules to manage projects through design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.

+ Generate and update detailed project schedules based on drawing reviews and input from project stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

+ Scheduling experience on at least one (1) project with a minimum cost of $5,000,000.

+ Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project scheduling software.

+ Experience with developing, maintaining, and reviewing project schedules, including experience with cost and resource loading.

+ Capable of reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings.

+ Experience being in the field during construction.

+ Knowledge of project management information system (PMIS) implementation.

  • Responsible for the security event monitoring of our solutions, including the definition, tuning, and automation of monitoring capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies, Federal regulations and standards.

  • Guide the proper implementation and validation of security controls.

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to respond to security incidents and lead mitigation work to avoid repeat incidents.

  • Creates solutions in partnership with enterprise architecture to design security measures (from infrastructure to software) that safeguard sensitive data, protect confidentiality and availability, and enable compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements for the enterprise and USG regulations and standards.

  • Partners with system engineers, network engineers, database administrators, and information security personnel in support, integration, development, and lifecycle management.

  • Develops and validates functional requirements and identifies gaps or risks to meet business and security outcomes.

  • Reviews health measures for various functional performance components of platform, applications, controls, and appliances and supports key security systems, responds to security events, and troubleshoots and proactively discovers security issues across the enterprise.

  • Validates security controls are working as designed (validation and/or efficacy) to ensure effective security measures.

  • Assists with the development of new and/or updates existing controls that limit the risk exposure for the company and optimizes security system performance.

  • Researching new security and information technology trends in networks and systems to understand and drive strategic plans, forward engineering, upgrades, and changes while influencing vendors to drive bug resolution, product feature enhancement, and key security improvements.
