Qualifications
- Three-plus years of HR generalist-type experience, with employee relations experience preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Work Environment
The position requires working onsite five days a week, with travel required (15-20%).
