*This position will be responsible for important work:*
Performance of legal services including but not limited to legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, appeals, memorandums, orders, judgments, and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery. Associates frequently represent clients in court during motions, various types of hearings, and occasionally during trials.
When delegated by the owner, associate attorneys prospect for new clients through marketing, networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements. They may also conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and serve as the principal contact between the firm and its clients.

In this role, you will guide employers and employees through one of the most critical steps in the employment-based green card process, ensuring compliance with Department of Labor requirements while delivering clear, practical legal strategies. Working closely with a team of attorneys and case managers, you will play a key role in helping global talent achieve permanent residence in the United States.

What youll do:
- Develop legal strategies for PERM applications for employees working in a variety of occupational categories and industries.

- Answer employer and employee questions about the PERM Labor Certification application process steps, timelines, and costs.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $120,000 -$130,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, employees have the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
